Mustang, "why would we want institution buying the headroom"??
Simple , II would buy the headroom at a premium hopefully not at these silly levels. II will want some volatility taken out of the SP and will no way be able to pick up the headroom share allotment in the open market. An II will show investors that confidence in the company is growing with 1 II already on board with Blueberry.
Ask the same question to anyone you will get the same answer im sure, sticky hands are whats needed in this share.
Thanks NH, i think things have got a little out of hand and its about time we brought some structure back and some honest posts needed with factual info , not make belief because were fed up with the SP. there are some very knowledgeable posters on here who give valued information, i am all for positives and negatives but back things up with facts i say.
Good Morning guys, I must say its nice to be back. I have seen there are lots of new investors on this Telegram group, unfortunately it seems that the hysteria around placings etc on here may well have put some of the new guys off. Lets get the group focusing on facts rather than hysteria, the last placing was a shock to all (it seems it was a necessity to keep the value add to the company) and although i was not happy the price at .53 was mid price and that's excellent when really it should have been a lot lower. T2 Mercuria as AP has stated they are performing DD on the actual BP mine, yes it has delayed the T2 funds and caused some issues but lets not loose sight of the orchestrated original deal. £9.5 Million OT with mercuria. For the first time ever a non dilutive deal struck by Vast, AP did a sterling Job to get this done. Manailla , Vast has a plan that they will implement to remove operational cost by min 25% (after talking to Craig Harvey at the AGM and discussing where costs could be cut at Manailla , i must say the vision is spot on using Lean manufacturing techniques removing waste and constant cost removal analysis).B.P having just received the License of Association (Right to mine) after a long and laborious wait, No More de-watering costs etc and BOD currently working on the Full mine plan to get BP into production within the 6 months. Zagra Ap has hinted many times that hes looking to majors etc for the JV on the Zagra project (Potentially the biggest copper mines in Europe) these need to be drilled before the end of December , i am looking forward to see how this plays out ( any sniff of a Major and we are flying). PP i would expect to be moving into if not already on the sulphides, where i would expect a 2x uplift from the oxide levels. Eureka , we should be getting the mine plan out for this project soon, this is been funded by the profits from PP no dilution to Vast TopCo. Remember guys Eureka alone is worth around$9million to vast P/A.Blueberry Project vast has a 29.41% interest in the golden quadrilateral in Romania, with ii investments in the project. Marange Fields (DIAMONDS) VAST HAS JUST ENTERED INTO A DEAL WITH RED MERCURY (TITLE HOLDERS OF THE 6.93 hectare HUGH DIAMOND DEPOSIT) , AP is currently out in Zim talking and meeting with the Chiefs. I am sure we will be getting some sort of update from AP on his arrival back in Rom Monday. Regarding the placings no investor likes placings , for the fact nor does AP. But lets get this clear these are value adding placements, or placements that were needed at very short notice. Ap has clearly stated he would like 1 or 2 more institutions he has about 650 million left of the headroom, he will be talking to as many II as possible to get the headroom into sticky hands (and i would think at a decent premium to the SP). Lets get this clear someone asked if i took part in the recent placing , yes i took a few million only i m maxed out here with a substantial holding. Vast in my op
Pepco your understanding is quite correct , ema/vast will need a JORC resource for the iPo of blueberry. The same can be said for Zagra , for institutional investors we will also need to produce a Jorc resource . This is the only recognised way of updating the value of the mines and the mine resource plan .

2 pence no problem just like the last time you asked under the same circumstances.
1, no I was not made aware of any placing nor was I offered any
2, n/a
3 n/a
4, I freed up some funds on Monday to help pay my daughter whilst studying in oz ‘ that was before the issue of Bp licence. By the way it was 2 million shares @ .58
Do I know there will be a placing ? No I do not.
To be honest 2p I find all this witch hunt or theory’s ridiculous why would I sell Monday for .58 if I knew what was happening?
I will quite happily post my bank statement if it stops all this rubbish , obviously only the shares part of the statement.
Yes it was your quite rite Sandy , then unfortunately circumstances changed for me .
Look Sandy let’s get things straight here, you mess to much personally with investors on this forum and quite frankly I and I guess lots of others will be glad to see the back of you in the future. So good riddance and do not ever question my integrity again .
Right guys I have not been on the bb today for no other reason rather than being busy on personal stuff, I love all the conspiracy theory’s on here today. Why don’t you ask me personally like some have today and you would have know the truth from the horses mouth . I don’t need to justify my actions to anyone , but when you have spent years and years ensuring mine and other investors money is safe you feel some what biwildered by the attitude of some in here . I will leave it there guys but my family comes before you I’m afraid . I will not name names on here but I’m shocked with and some I expect no different with others.
ha Ha Sandy , yes i am a full time trader but not stupid. Why on earth would i be trading Vast ? i have another 20 companies in PF which i am trying to trade but if you notice the market has stalled for a bit. So any trading is difficult. I am spending time researching making myself a better trader.if i can pick more Vast shares up at this stupid price then i will. GLA
IT COULD WELL BE ANNOUNCED HERE JAYFELLA.
