Don’t disagree more guys , but constant going on here whilst investors still have large amounts of money invested helps no one .

Fantasy my problem isn’t people having differences in opinion , my gripe is why don’t they go to the Gm and speak to Ap personally . We all want to see the sp back in the .6 range but I feel Investor’s don’t understand the strong headwinds vast and AP have faced because the way vast has been run historically. Also if people are trying to put investors off which is paramount to sp rises your giving it their best shot , when in reality it’s what AP does that matters so get behind and support .

Well said Sandy , couldn’t agree more . Let’s see how many of these investors who are on their little missions to self destruct turn up to the GM on Tuesday . We all know who they are so I’ll report back how many actually turn up to air their thoughts, it is easy to sit behind your keyboard slagging AP off when in reality without his dedication vast would have been in serious trouble , instead were about to sudstantionally change to a FCF profit making company .

Agree Fantasy , Lets hope on Tuesday the old path is gone and the path to a stable built company is well and truly on its way. Vast share holders deserve this, but believe me this is all impossible without AP so lets try to get behind and support when the path is clear. Like i say i can share frustrations over the past but as an investor i am excited for the Future and i am sure in a few months this will be seen in a different light. GLA

Angus , You say where would AP go to get his 20% of BP developed for Free? Do you realise that without AP there would be NO BP? Are you fully aware of the deal when AP brought BP to Vast and what details are within that deal? Do you fully understand how Vast acquired BP?. I recon the answer to all those questions are NO, so i will not asking any further related questions.
I could go on and on but whats the point , some of you guys just seem on a self destruct mission. Unfortunately for the few that are on this mission it will not succeed, Vast have a GM on Tuesday and i hope that all resolutions are past then Vast and AP can start to deliver. I am not here saying this has been a pleasant ride by any stretch of the imagination , but what i am saying is Ap and BOD have finally got us to a position where value can be reflected in the Assets. I know we have not got the Final paperwork to announce Diamonds but it does not take Einstein to work out VAST will be a diamond miner in ZIM, BP will be operational , then we have Zagra (sorry who brought potentially the biggest copper mine in Europe to Vast?? ) AP did. The same can be said for Manailla and Blueberry . But lets not forget the DIAMOND in the crown , when Vast get the final announcement you guys then can congratulate AP because under the old regime of RP we would never have seen a diamond again. Fantsy take the new special economic zone that has been introduced for Diamond and Platinum producers. Again i was at the Zim mining conference where Whinston Chtando stated money will be able to be taken out for Diamonds through the SEZ giving clarity and transparency of the full process. Zim is open for Business fantasy and our first mover advantage is massive . Ap delivering these Diamond claims and the Future FCF to allow growth for Vast through self Funding will change this company once and for all.

Fantasy i have NOT stated we were in a complete mess, what i have said is! under the old regime there wasn't the clarity and cohesion of the BOD. Now that has changed drastically , if you care to spend time attending GM etc you will clearly see this.

Hoffy , FYI this is a totally different BOD which is balanced as i say. Having attended so many meetings with Vast you can clearly see the openness of the BOD and the direction they are travelling in together. if you look back to 2016-2017 you will see significant changes at the exec and non exec levels. Largely due to the shareholders of this company taking steps to ensure this changed. GLA

Excellent point TOM, that is exactly how this deal was structured. I talked to MR Pitchford in depth about the situation and the clauses that he has inserted to protect himself. Not a care in the world for shareholders the deal was set up around RP. Us as a group of investors we may not like what has happened recently in Vast but when you get to grips with the way this company was heading before AP took the reins you understand that the RNS on Monday was a massive step to restoring shareholder value. Some of you guys will remember the heavily weighted BOD towards the Zim assets, you will also remember as a group we managed to get a balanced bod with interest in ZIM and Romania. These historic problems stem directly from that period and thankfully someone is now sorting it.

Simply because we never got BP license until late last year and we don’t have final sign of on diamonds . So why focus on other mines well Manialla was a test case to get into Rom , that’s a success because now we have Zagra , Manaila, BP , Remin .
Then Zimbabwe did you not understand we were handcuffed in many ways to ssgi and the non removal of monies from zim , we now are on the cusp of mining diamonds with excellent FCF projections and working with the community trust
. Unfortunately this bb has now lost its focus due to constant miss information been presented to potential new investors, these guys look to these boards for honesty and an understanding of what’s really happening.

FTB like I say the debt is clear once passed resolutions, no matter which way you look at it the assets will be released in Rom . No read the RNs the rgt rate is 2.5/1 think about it Zim is changing and the economy is on its knees , the diamonds unlock this fir them and a bi product of that will be a stronger economy so the rate could quite easily change and so they should that will increase the value of the 2.5rgt. FTB having read your post at 15:22 and noticed it had 3 recommendations, I thought I may be able to clear your concerns a little with my reply , which may also help others .
The whole idea of the restructuring is to ensure that ssgi debt is repaid, all claims on Rom assets are removed thus allowing funding. As you will be aware this has crippled the company in the past and now as investors we have the opportunity to make vast fully independent.
So once (if) all resolutions are past $2.5m of debt to ssgi will be gone, this will instantly release the assets in Rom . 2.5 million RGT will be held in account for use by vast .
So in a nutshell it’s super import to understand fully what this can create for vast.

1,Is this the same brother as last time i called you out? im still awaiting that response and i guess so are other investors. I seem to remember asking you earlier for your factual proof regarding blueberry , but yet again all i get is an opinion. ( i will post all the Blueberry drill results on the Telegram group , suggest you take a look on there). Again i have the facts and data to prove its a very very viable stand alone asset which vast get a free carry in, unlike your response.
2, Softened up for sale of PP?, very interesting !!! So attending a GM listening and adapting comments along with a proper understanding of this company makes it softening up? No yet again incorrect.
3, So do i understand this correctly , you are telling us now we will not get finance for BP and never get it up and running?. WOW that's a great statement please show us all how you come to this assumption. ( don't expect to see that do we now , if your history is anything to go by providing factual evidence).
4, lets leave this there about the Diamonds , Because if your brother is a geologist he will undoubtedly know all about the Marange Filed'sand i am sure he will be telling you to get back in ASAP if there is any positive news on this asset.
5 , Firstly and foremost this is not an AP defence article in any way shape or form , its just an honest opinion i was asked for by many many vast investors. WONDER WHY THEY HAVEN'T ASKED YOU FOR THE SAME ANALYSIS?

Dodge this is the reason exactly why i put my post out , its to give people a true understanding of how the hands of the BOD (AP) have been tied by this ridiculous agreement. You quote "issuing shares like confetti" , tell me please how on earth could AP go to private equity firms , funders etc and secure the loans against assets that were already locked into the SSCG agreement by the illustrious RP. if you wish to ignore the facts i have provided then that's your call , but that's an opinion your saying which is not FACTS. LETS KEEP IT FACTUAL.
