No worries FTB. It has not been Jorced is because it’s going to cost over £2mill I recon to get anything like a JORC. If we jv it they will want some risk to Vast so anyone would want say £1 mill from vast inputted . We don’t have that sort of cash ( just at the min ), but if headroom is granted and the diamonds happen along with BP . AP will have to convert say 50 mill headroom at 2p, now that is when we push the button to Jorc In my opinion . Unless of course we get close to the date of transition from licence stage to licence stage them we progress it . Hope this helps pal .

Fantasy you will find that the guys who are "super aggressive when you challenge them" are the ones who have done so much research they understand the parts that are not so clear to some other investors. I am all for challenges and constructive discussions as you know , and i will help wherever i can to clarify issues.But i must say this week has been so different where any small miss-infomation / or uncertainty has been pounced upon, Ap is doing a sterling job driving Vast forward which in the end will reward all shareholders. Lets get behind the guy and support him, we have an AGM in just over 2 weeks and any questions or ill feelings towards AP should be aired there and then i feel.

There is a system in place byNAMR where licences pass through 3 stages to get mining, here is a snippet that should put this to bed taken from the Romanian mining laws.
"Ownership of minerals

According to the Mining Law, the Romanian State has exclusive public property rights over the mineral resources located on the territory and in the subsoil of the country.

Although the Romanian State is the exclusive owner of the mineral resources located on the territory of the country, the mining license owner has the right to dispose of the mineral resources mined under the license."

Wow guys !!! it seems some are now looking to exploit the smallest possible cracks that appear, when really the cracks that are occurring are from wrong statements published by investors. FTB hope this clears it up for you mate..

Sardy , please read my post again along with the BM letter. Your mind set is of keeping the business small , Vast needs to grow and have future plans and AP is bringing us those.
lets see what happens between now and the AGM then judge AP, until then i suppose peoples frustrations will over spill.
AP has asked for headroom to be allocated in-case projects in the pipeline need funding.
Zargra for instance needs drilling to quantify the resource of potentially the biggest copper mine in Europe, AP has said he is looking at Majors for the project (which will also transform the company if it goes ahead).
Now here is a question, do you think who ever comes on board at the brownfield site will put up all the money for the drilling campaign ? NO
WHY? because that's not the way this works i'm afraid they will want us to contribute to the drilling. Please tell me where Vast get say $1mill to subsidies their part? .Vast must have some risk attributed to the business.
Now lets be clear if this head room is not passed then we can forget delivering the likes of Zargra without giving away unscrupulous amounts of equity.
Shall we look at the Diamonds NOW ???
NO Because that self explanatory isn't it, if the DD comes back positive how do we fund them ? go and give away hugh amounts of equity stake yet again?.
So for a minimal amount of possible dilution ( minimal in the risk reward ratio, with the assets they have mentioned) , i say possible because they have only asked for headroom at this stage. We vote it down ?? WRONG !!!
These are game changes possibly for Vast and you want to put a hold on it ???.
Come on guys , i know we are all fed up to the hills with BP but that is out of Ap's control its all down to the Rom Gov.
May i suggest people go away and look at the Brian Moritz letter, because there are so many clues and valid points in there that will make you realise the above.

Agree ORT .Just wanted to put some perspective on it for retail investors to understand all placings are necessarily bad some are outstanding business deals.

All the talk re placings this morning, i have seen some very good comments and some pure de-ramping comments. Look no investor likes to get diluted , but when the value of the dilution outweighs the share dilution increase then this is how business growth is materialised.
So say if AP comes for a placing to Raise funds for the Diamonds if the DD process has been a success, what would the reaction be ?????.
My take would be how much dilution? , what would the return on that dilution be? .
So again say he comes for £4 million and there is a real business case to generate revenue of say £1 million P/M this is obviously a no brainer. Any investor worth his salt will see the business case and would give as much consent as possible passing resolutions to ensure the project is up and running asap.
Raising cash is a bi product of any company's growth especially on Aim...
Now look at the past raisings for Vast under the old CEO , Bracknor got 1bn shares approx for £1m.That's not value adding its a death spiral..

All hypothetical guys but if new investors are unsure on how to look at raising's , then they need a balanced view to help them understand the process.

I have asked you plenty of times if you can back up your posts in the past, i don't believe you have given us the info to back it up once. Your entitled to your de-ramp but i would expect some honesty when questioned as to your thoughts.

All in all a postie set of results in a very challenging year. 2 Million operating profit for the first time ever in vast history. Ap and the Bod have demonstrated to me that they can make Vast resources a very profitable company going forward. As stated the headwinds that vast have encounter in the last financial year have made it difficult , but the determination to overcome these and the fore site to bring new assets on board will reflect in an exceptional 2019. We as a group of investors have supported this company through some dark times , now the blue sky is ahead of us we should continue our support for Ap and his team . I have every confidence in gaining the BP licence very very soon and if the DD on the diamonds is successful we should aim to get these up and running ASAP which should generate generous cash flows going forward for the Business.Add in the opening of Eureka and the listing of Blueberry , along with a potential major JV partner for Zargre then Q4 2018 and 2019 will be an exceptional year for vast and its shareholders.
Long gone are the days when were diluted to death by the old CEO, its fresh to have AP on board who actually understands financing options and looks to add shareholder value through any dilution (if any Eureka & Blueberry) so the effects are positive. GLA
This company looks set to grow exponentially next year.......

TBT hi mate, Likewise i now have a substantial holding in RBW. Listened to the conference call yesterday and have been quietly gathering shares here(now hold a decent chunk here, with minimal shares in free float) , the next 3 months will be telling in the story from loss to cash-flow positive. This is a company run by a sound and honest BOD, who will drive value to the max. Ill be posting more and more in the coming weeks with my thoughts on RBW , exciting times ahead.

Very welcomed update from AP on BP & Blueberry, i have not posted recently but being reading the bb daily. It seems everything is still on track to get the Association license (great work AP), this has not been an easy process and will have drained vast of many resource hours but finally the finish line is in sight . We have many possible news flow items coming that AP has alluded to recently in podcasts and Rns statements that could send this northwards on a great trajectory, hold tight guys.
