Don't blame you. Market cap far lower than companies net assets. If I had spare cash I'd be putting it in too.

I'm assuming the MM just really, really does not want the share. I can't say I blame their position with the current uncertainly. Obviously from my perspective I remain convinced everything is tickety boo! Its just one of those situations where I think of this as a computer game...that isn't REAL money :-) Anyhow...wheres time2buy. I could do with some of him boundless optimism.

I never see the point in getting ratty....its only money. We currently have more certainty than when the licence was revoked. We also have a higher share price. It's there any reason to doubt the long term health of the company? No IMO. It has fingers in enough pies. Not quite the day trading coup I was hoping for but screw it. 4.5p is do-able .

It's not the death knell though. It just means they can't register foreign students. I'd be flabberghasted if the BOD were to say "fair enough let's not reapply" The price was lower on the suspension which says to me is just a panicky market. More to come with this one. Let's all hold our nerves.

I'm just putting this down to one of those days when the news has more effect than the actually business situation. Hopefully some good stuff about India shortly.

Yeah. .. good stuff. TBH I hadn't realised there was the question of reinstating a licence after the ban. Do you think they'll try to coordinate news of the licence with something about India? I'm starting to share your long standing optimism.
