I was to focussed on Laura Croft this afternoon to watch CEY...as you said the Ubisoft deal is off and I had to time it just right to get out just above the price I got in for (after 4.00pm today)...laura may still need a US visa ...I will watch her closely...someone is buying...the sp was suppressed for most of the day after Ubisoft pulled out...but shot up after 4.00 pm. The money is going intop CEY tomorrow a.m.

Russia's mining oversight agency Rosnedra approved changes to the license for the Mayskoye deposit, Highland Gold Mining (HGM) announced yesterday. The deadline for the mine's commissioning was moved to early 2010, allowing the company time to make the necessary preparations. However, a representative of Rosnedra clarified to Interfax that the final approval has not been signed yet, and was only a recommendation. We would see approval of the license changes as strongly positive, although for now the situation remains unclear. HGM closed up 13% to $2.51 yesterday. We rate HGM Buy with a 12-month target price of $2.85.

Africa Power Cuts May Worsen, Hitting BHP, Mittal (Update4) By Antony Sguazzin and Carli Lourens Oct. 10 (Bloomberg) -- South African blackouts that have affected cities, mines, mills and smelters may worsen as rain dousing coal stockpiles at power plants renders the fuel unusable, the country's national utility said. The outages, which began yesterday, may extend beyond Oct. 12 and affect aluminum smelters owned by BHP Billiton Ltd. in South Africa and neighboring Mozambique, Eskom Holdings Ltd. spokesman Fani Zulu said in an interview from Johannesburg today. About a fifth of Eskom's generating capacity is offline and rain may cut output from another two power plants.
