I would guess that's for the underlining business with the contracts. Certainly not on any deal in relation to FLU-5. That valuation could change significantly on the back of any announcement. Buy ratings never affect the sp only the negative ones. Broker targets. Yawn yawn...

Thanks Trent, will check mine but I seem to remember October being the renewal month. A divvy cut of 20% may please the majority and send out the right message to the city. I still think on assets alone we are undervalued so happy with any scenario. Be interesting to see what the new Chairman has to say. May give investors a better insight. Liking the guys background, time will tell.

Good strategy. Looks like their focus is clearly on the vets side of the business. They see the growth there and not on the retail side which will have a squeeze on margins. imo, that strategy is in direct conflict with the shorter's view that revenue will fall.
Problem is how to hold the sp at these levels and return the shares....
Makes sense now splitting the reporting side of the business. Any weak holders will have sold on the way down. Everything lining up nicely. I still think capital growth here is a much better alternative to any buyout, 6% yield too.

Appleby, I agree that cutting the dividend or even suspending it would be good to pay down debt and that is always a good option to have. They are acquiring assets and covering the payout. If the assets are generating growth then I think the current strategy should be kept.
I think we are forgetting the current MC. imo those accumulated assets together with the core business are way undervalued and the 5 year trend should reverse.

Head, they did have some mdia coverage back in June that was the catalyst for the sp to jump significantly. In relation to negotiations, parties involved cannot make any comment as non disclosure contracts will be in place. Usually, no news is good news with bio's when talks are taking place. If you need to unlock your investment now, I can see your frustration. I think Woodford is here for the long term and not just waiting to cash in his 30%. Could be by way of royalty fees or a direct buyout. Not suggesting they are the outcomes but my view on my own investment here.

As expected, stronger growth in the last few months. Profit slightly up but margin slightly lower. Yield investment for me so happy to hold.

Have SCIP shares been issued and increased the overall voting rights? Last 2 RNS's have indicated a slight % reduction but both companies holding the same number of voting rights. Both of which takes them below the 3% reporting threshold.

Bill, any pandemic would certainly put FLU-5 in focus. No annual repeat either, potentially save millions for the NHS, not forgetting the other counties health care budgets.

Jointhedots, I never posted that a RNS is mandatory as he is below the 3% threshold. I was being ironic, but if he has sold out completely then it is certainly news that is likely to affect the sp movement, especially if that news is positive. However, I do agree that it needs to be confirmed.

Any positive news or hint of optimism and Nonplus pops up in order to quell any enthusiasm. An entire posting history on IMM. A member who has posted that he/she has a family member affected by this awful disease. A poster who would prefer to boost his own ego than give hope to many under treatment.
IMM's IR should be taking every opportunity to follow up some of your comments in the past and refer them to their legal team. What was it about pregnant women? Totally misleading.
I sold my IMM holdings prior to the P3 readout because I saw the trial design as being the biggest risk (posted at the time) However, I did not doubt the science. If the trial designs are changed in order to bring safe effective drugs to market then whats the harm. The FDA criteria is 'If the risks outweigh the benefits' Lupuzor is known to be safe.

I know he was below 3% but you would think it would merit a RNS. I was waiting for him to sell before investing here but 'pulled the gun' a little early. However, I'm sure there are other investors that have a little more patience that will look to invest now.

JMO don't need a lesson on economics but many investors in Lloyds don't even bother posting here any more. It has been consumed by discussions on political views by those frustrated with Brexit. I don't give a toss on whether or not a member is left wing, right wing, pro immigration or an environmentalist. Of course there are 'passing comments' on other bb's but here it feels like a bunch of grumpy old men trying to vent their spleens.

Head, I think it is an accumulation of news and the timing. On the previous announcement Woodford was still accumulating. Maybe being held back for some positioning. On the plus side weak holders selling which bodes well when the brakes come off.

Rise due to the end of year statement on Wednesday? Sp seems to get dragged back and held in this current price band with 6 timely A sells. Hopefully after Wednesday the trend is broken. Chairman's statement to come too.

statto, my thoughts too. Every confidence that the MC will catch up. Self funding, becoming profitable, promising trials, possible deals that may lead to royalties and dividends. Not forgetting small free float and small number of the institutions that hold the vast majority.

Matlock you were predicting 40p. Not long ago you were predicting 100p. Not only that you were posting get in while you have the chance. Now your posting a good time to get out on the back of the news. Today is clearly positive for the company. Sp movement is not always indicative of the value of a company. Cannot remember you posting when the sp was 15p. Why post here if you are no longer invested. Seems a waste of time and energy.

Jersey, quite right. The article is not relevant at all to HVO. You could argue that because the recent Woodford Group's performance has been so poor then they are more likely to make sure their due diligence is thorough. Positions have been taken here and the lack of news is just part of the investment process.
