Risk v Reward in favour of the latter...

Bought back in this morning. News on the horizon, ridiculous MC based on potential. Never a fan of the P140 trial and it's design but see the extended trial as a more reflective benefit that Lupuzor has for sufferers. Recent fall overdone if it was just because of not having a broker. Easily resolved. R vary very much in favour of the latter.

Good luck rhodi. I'm sure it wont be long before your back in profit. I did buy a chunk in the 10s but more confident buying on the way up. Day to day sp movements have been frustrating but these Director Buys cannot be ignored. May be a happy ending for LTHs as the new year approaches.

Wow, they are really 'filling their boots'. This is more than a PR exercise in order to bolster shareholder confidence. Glad to be investing at these levels with so much news to come.

AIM, frustrating when you add 'all of the sum of the parts' together. I think the entire market has it's eye on the FLU-v compound and the sp has suffered as a consequence. The number of shares in free float are ridiculously low and hoping that the sp goes ridiculously high on the back of positive news. The recent contracts were completely ignored and I think from memory the sp actually fell after the announcement.

AIMh7, the potential is huge. Others judge how good or bad the company are doing based on the sp. Value here is going forward. However, you risk being accused of a 'ramper' pointing out the facts.

Any buying pressure now seems to have a positive reaction to the share price.

Partnership is what I am hoping for too. Retired a few years ago, so this is potentially a 'cash cow' for me. Apart from taking a slice in the 90's I don't intend to trade it. Happy to sit and wait it out, even at these levels.
The SEEK group have connections with Deutsche Bank, GSK and other major pharmas. All experienced in negotiating deals. I suppose on reflection, it is better to have a great deal for investors here rather than a good deal. So any apparent delay in news may not necessarily be a bad thing for those pi's who bought post FLU-v

Mark, that is why the sp spiked. Also TP gave the impression that any deal was just around the corner and NIH result due soon. I think many investors over time sold in order to fund other investments. As you know, no apparent news on the AIM is not good for the sp. It will come though. Perhaps a lesson for TP in the future.
Slightly off topic, I did post some research on the SEEK group team. Some very smart, well connected guys. Imo, they are the people that will be negotiating any deal. You also have to remember it is normal for those talks to be covered by a ' non disclosure' contract.

Jointhedots, I have used the pattern of trading to buy over the last few weeks. The small A trades yesterday indicates that there is an effort to keep the price down. More news will be the tipping point.

Mark not much buying on the way down. I guess those that were was to avg. down. Cannot see many selling at these levels if the buying continues. Too early to call at the moment but looking promising. News on the horizon too.

Sorry Margaret. I just picked up your comment a few months ago when AMER was on my radar. You posted that you 'were in deep at 25p'. A fellow poster by the name of BaileyClark drew my attention here so began researching. I did post my thoughts on this bb about new investors should wait until RH had sold out. My timing was slightly out but my 3 tranches have averaged out nicely. As posted earlier today that my strategy is to hold and not to trade which is clearly the opposite to yours. Either way, we still make money but imo your negative comments seem to coincide with your agenda. Judging by the quality of members posting on here I would guess that the majority are seasoned investors. Not that easy to pull the wool over their eyes. From my experience finding the bottom in a share is easier than finding the top. Totally relaxed here. Whether or not it drops back tomorrow won't change that but I'm sure you will remind us all of your comments if it does.
No doubt your large workforce will benefit at Christmas with your profits here.

Dropzone, we were both holders at 15p and you sold the Friday before Monday's RNS on FLU-5. I remember that quite clearly as there was only you and I posting on this bb at the time. Odd that you start posting now. Very poor show.

Kettle, thought I would change the thread. Only serving to massage his ego A good tactic to fill the bb up with crap so any useful research or information is missed. I know it's becoming a cliché but filter or ignore the comments. Pity a good bb has such a member but the fundamentals and potential will soon see the back of them.

The poster should be commenting on a compound that he or a member of his family may benefit from in the future. I think that says it all really.

Hope the source of the rumour can back up their clam that 'the broker has told me'. LSE;s header should be a warning to members. If that was me I would ask admin to remove it in case IMM's IR pick up on it. Feel sorry for those Pi's that bought earlier in the month. Very poor.....

Jimzi, rumour over at IMM was initially posted by zedy. Hope he has read the LSE disclaimer and has a good solicitor. Brokers never make those kind of comments without being able to support the claim Apart from it being unethical, its illegal. If he was looking to get in cheaper though he has got his opportunity.

Margaret, you do make me smile. Always comment after the event. Looks like the 250,000 shares you sold earlier in the month was a bad decision. No doubt you bought back in the 9s which offsets you buying heavily at 25p. I suppose not trading this is the less riskier strategy, especially with all the news due and the seller gone.
Anyone that thinks bb chatter affects the sp here is totally deluded. Good tool to gauge sentiment though.

MMs no choice but to raise the sp on any demand. Looking very good for new and LTHs.

Jimzi, I have had the same concerns for a while. Been investing for the last year from IMM profits.
Having read a recent article in the Mail on Sunday a few weeks ago I don't feel Woodford feels trapped. He stated that his strategy has moved to growth type companies that are expected to deliver over a 2 to 3 year timeframe. Happy to see how the wider market plays out and see HVO as a 'port in a storm' should the market goes ******* up. Ironically that was the reason I bought IMM many years ago having sold out of commodities.
