jtd'd. There were a few posters around on Friday that tried to unsettle the bb. Then we got the RNS on Monday. How coincidental. One poster declared that it was going sub 10 and yesterday they declared they bought at 15. Nothing further to say really..

Roth, makes you wonder how far into the tests they are. We all assume that TD was reached not long before the RNS but who knows. I understand market regulations are in play when it comes to announcements but who monitors a drilling op in South America in the jungle.

Wolster, as long as the BoD's are using their money to buy shares then quite happy at the running costs. Also strong dollar is worth a mention. I also thing as the cash pile grows (together with interest) the BoD's will have to give some direction on what they intend to do with our money.

AIMh7, when you look 'at the sum of all of the parts' you see why over 70% is with institutions. Woodford Group has already stated that they are not looking for short term gains with their recent investments but between them all, I am sure they have done their due diligence. Not only that, I cannot see them bailing out as the anticipated news is released. That is when the institutions come into their own. Money from the impatient to the patient.
Trading range and pattern frustrating but a good opportunity for those private investors who thought they missed out earlier in the summer at a very much discounted price.
I added a few more last week but still have a great average. Maybe news not landing yet is a good thing with all this Brexit debacle and jittery markets.

Just a thought, but now the seller has cleared and the recent RNS, will institutions start (if not already) to look at AMER as more favourable company to invest in. Maybe some accumulating has started with this tight spread today. Or just a sign that shorts are being squeezed. Either way a definite change in trading pattern.

Any holdings news will be much welcomed on top of updates from Ind-1.

jtd's, it certainly has and continuing to have a good affect on the sentiment and sp. I guess news still being digested by some investors.

My comment was in relation to those algo's kicking in whenever the sp looked like it was strengthening. My first tranche was bought as it fell below that support a couple of months ago and my final tranche at just under 11. I think it will rerate when we spud Sol-1 but for now returning to a price that reflects the current fundamentals.

Holding up quite nicely. Should see some weak holders moving on. 15p seems to be a pivotal price (no chartist) so looking forward to the next RNS.

Some good posts last night. Wonder if evaluating Ind-1 will increase the cos of Sol-1 and I would guess/hope the sp is very much higher as they move onto that drill.

3putt, similar average having bought in 3 tranches. I think the recent director buys should give us some comfort that we are moving in the right direction now. I think news will be free flowing now and sentiment is turning. Not a ramp but tbh I don't care as your an experienced investor but 15p will seem a long way once this drill has been fully evaluated and they move on to the next. The anticipation and expectation will be high as the chances of SOl-1 being a success will have increased.

jtd's I totally agree with your post. However, they may have their uses to LTH's here. For too long those algo trades has
(particularly before close) has dragged us back on every intraday rise. Perhaps they may close the programme of small sells now as it starts to recover in value.

Put him on ignore. He was doing the same yesterday. In fact he/she expected this to fall this morning.

News from yesterday still being digested by the market and private investors who perhaps see that this company was very much undervalued after the recent disgruntled seller. Lots more to come after the latest drill has been fully evaluated. News on many fronts.
