MoneyMan, I have been an investor for several months with a very good average, I took a slice at 80 taking out my original stake. I'm certainly not here for 10%.

Update on extended trial is Q2 as that was the period in which the last patients were recruited. However, TM did state in a RNS earlier in the year that the market will be updated as the trial progresses. This could be news on further analysis of the top line results of the original trial or safety updates from the patients taking Lupuzor.
News that could come any day are likely to be from their other compounds in development, appointment of a broker or news on any partnership deals.

Goingtothemoon. the sp has been very much higher than 100p before any FLU-v update. The sp was taken to 100p after that as Woodford bought all the available shares. That left a very small free float that subsequently affected the sp on any selling pressure. The reverse seems to be the case now as shareholders hold on to their investment. Buying pressure is now the dominant factor. If this continues then we could be back to that level very soon.

IMM have undertaken an extension study of their P3 trial. Results expected next year They have found (data from original trial) that antibody positive patients responded significantly better to Lupuzor than those in the Comparator Group. (antibody negative) The majority of the population in Europe being dsDNA pos. The extended trial is targeting those patients. (recruitment concluded last June but some continuing from original trial)

Tim McCarthy statement '"In this study Lupuzor has demonstrated a superior response rate over placebo and confirmed its exceptional safety profile. We believe this gives Lupuzor a compelling product profile. We are highly encouraged by the statistical significance achieved in the Antibody Positive patient group in the Europe cohort. We continue to believe Lupuzor has the potential to bring a much needed treatment to Lupus sufferers around the world. We look forward to providing our shareholders with further updates as we move forward with this programme."

They have also announced that they are in discussions with potential partners that may or may not lead to any deal.
The company's Oncology and Ophthalmology pipeline is progressing well and have updated the market on it's progression.

Maybe the patients originally recruited in Mauritius distorted the topline results (dsDNA neg) compared to the placebo and now having recognised that the extended trial will convince regulators of the efficacy. The safety of Lupuzor is unquestionable which imo is significant when compared to Benylsta.

Mozax, not the first member today to post misleading information on the number of shares in free float. I also think 15m is a reasonable estimation. Traders will struggle with this if there is any update on partnerships.

Likewise, bought a bucket load earlier in the year at 23p and bought even more at 15.4. Have the majority of my original investment stake now so happy to let them ride. Only regret not being ISA wrapped. May flip some in the new financial year but very confident. Historic highs speaks for itself really and imo the company is in a better position than it was 2yrs ago.

Just my opinion but this is one not to trade. A profit is a profit but when expected news is released in relation to their talks in partnerships then you risk being locked out. Wouldn't surprise me if we see another move up when those sells are mopped up. Good luck to those pi's taking a profit.

Good move by MARS and a good opportunity to make some money. Being the owner of 2 EVs I can tell you they are badly needed. Not so bad in France but in the UK it is a nightmare.
For those thinking of buying one in the near future, don't bother until we have proper infrastructure. Type of chargers vary, always in use when your App says they are free, payment card not being recognised.
Ok for commuting from home but stressful if you have a long journey. Be a nice way to charge your vehicle, downing a pint of Wainwrights as you suggest to the wife that she can complete the driving down to Portsmouth ferry terminal.

Jimzi, institution's change their positions based on performance or in preference of another investment. At the time HVO 's MC was about 40m, when they came to review it it no longer fit their criteria. Some funds dump if it falls out of the 250 or 100 index. Forward performance is irrelevant. Bottom line is, I cannot be certain but neither can you. To say there is a reason is purely speculative.

Back to the UK in the morning. Hopefully back on Monday morning to see the continued rise. Not long before the herd arrives again, but this time even less to go round.

Jimzi, not so sure. Maybe a transfer? although I would assume the same rules apply.

I posted earlier on in the year about further development of FLU-v and a P3 trial. Having looked at the design trial of P11b I cannot see any reason to change the trial for approval. Why would they dose up patients with underlying health issues or those over 65. That is not to say it's not safe.
In other words, all I can see is a copy of what has already been achieved. That has got to be a very attractive proposition for any partner.
It is worth a look at the RNS earlier in the year. The results were outstanding.

Jimzi, I suppose the opposite applies. How would any institution go about accumulating shares in order to take it to 3%. They would have to acquire 20% of the free float. Like to see the price it would have to climb to in order to succeed. The selling has given a great opportunity to new investors and some to top up/avg down.

Morning Clanger, thanks for the post. Great summary of where the company is. However, there is so much more to this company than the FLU-v vaccine. Apart from the recent contracts they are also developing a compound for the Zika virus and the common cold. Both are showing good progress and like the Flu-v these have the potential to be blockbuster drugs.
What I do like about this company is that it is not shy of seeking out partners to get a drug to market with potential revenue of billions. Of course that will be shared across those involved but puts our current MC of just over 20m in perspective. Like many bio's I have been invested in before on AIM it is not turning to investors to raise cash.
Another thing of note that sets this apart from other biotech companies listed on AIM, it is generating revenue. Many investors over summer thought 100p was a bargain, at these prices it is a giveaway when you consider the 'sum of all of the parts'. 2018 will be transformational for the company and for investors willing to wait it out.

Nice ending to the week. Could do with the traders staying away. Sp will only be news driven but a great buying opportunity for those investors that have the patience to see this through 2019. With more converted contracts, company making profits (as expected) and news on FLU-v and other compounds we should reach new 12 month heights.

Yet another effort to keep a lid on the sp at the close. Feels like we are at a tipping point. Ideally a nice steady climb to the low 20s would be nice before the traders arrive. AMER's MC fell while the PoO rose. Cannot see the same happening again. Strong dollar too. Not many investors sitting on a profit so plenty of upside to come on the back of any positive move. No matter how bullish this looks, the recent Director buys endorse the change of sentiment.
