Still a small window left yet to dip below 200 and perhaps trigger a few stops before private investors can react.

Reminds me of the dotcom period a number of years ago. From memory there was a company floated on the stock market called Oxygen.
Over subscribed many times and multi bagged on the first day of trading. The company had zero assets renting an office. It must be the ‘fear of missing out’ driving it to such stupid valuation.

I have been investing in bio companies for over 25 years with varying degrees of success and failure. The FDA is the US is an administrative body that publish their findings based on the expertise of certain groups. In imm the people that advises the FDA is CDER.
I am not doubting your experience within this sector and it may or not be transparent. What I do know is the FDA do not liaise with private investors and give them personal updates. If a CEO is giving out information to personal friends, individuals or persons that could be price sensitive then that would be deemed as insider dealing and illegal.
If news was released today or Monday then it would not be a case of ‘I told you so’ but a case of good luck.

Low volume either way drops or lifts the sp. Would feel comfortable investing without those A trades that seem to determine which direction the price goes. Dropped the sp this morning followed by a reversal that was the catalyst for a few buy trades.

You would think by the username that the member would know what you can and cannot post. Perhaps the name adds credibility to the information posted.
In any case, matters not as anyone believing in the Lupuzor journey is already invested.

Reg1979, can you post the letter or email you had with the CEO or share with us the information about the letter that you say was likely to be published.
Maybe I am a little cynical, but was your post prompted by the current sp being below your entry price. Maybe you reinvented yourself under a new user name after the last attempt to manipulate the sp was reported to admin.

Good luck guys. Too many uncertainties for me, not just here but the market generally. If I miss out then I still have my original capitol sat doing nothing but the US election cannot be ignored. The update next week will probably be better than some investors probably expect but imo anything other than a Trump win will see a fall across all indices.

Thinking the same also. Stimulus package also looks like it may be delayed and put on the backburner until after the US election. Imo the bigger potential banana skin is Trump losing and then challenging the result. Not saying its not tempting at this level but too many uncertainties.

JackD, I thought the same in relation to institutions getting a possible nod about a divi cut. However, there has been no RNS about increase of decrease of significant shareholders but only evidence of HFs squeezing the price down.

Not many stop losses (to date) triggered with the drop below £2. Difficult to judge buys v sells with such a tight spread but it looks pretty even. Maybe Dow futures will dictate volume later in the day and closing price.

Cannot see it falling that low. Apart from their assets the retail alone must be close to that level.

I have 2 EV's. One in the UK and one in France. If the ratio of EVs exceeded the combustion engine then the infrastructure would not be able to cope with the energy demand. Maybe if every user trickle charged their EV's but of course that takes many hours.

Car manufacturers don't even standardize the type of chargers . Stupidity of the highest. Oil will be in demand for a very long time despite the impact it has on the planet.

I think another posted that maybe the December/January rally will see a reversal in the sp direction but I agree with your view. World markets imo are skewed with Trump's intervention as that is the only positive that he is clinging to. There are many companies on the FTSE that look oversold but that will get ignored in any selloff.

Surprised to see those 2 large trades this morning. Safe to say it was the same holder. Time stamped to show as a sell but not convinced. In any case the sp never blinked so the demand must be there. Possible large order being filled.

It was me that referred a post to admin. The same poster claimed to have received a letter from the CEO claiming that the FDA will announce their findings next week and also the FDA had told the same poster that there was a slight delay.
First of all, from experience the FDA do not engage with investors private or otherwise in updates other on what they publish or referring the enquiry to the applicant.
Secondly, having invested in this sector for many years the decision makers in any trial is the CDER. For those unfamiliar with them, they are a group of experienced people made up from the medical profession, scientists and pharmacists that agree a trial design for the applicant that is safe and meet their criteria that satisfies them that any drug is effective.
If there was any news of any significant value likely to affect the sp then it should be made public by the usual means, not by a poster/trader trying to influence other investors and possibly the sp before their own gain.
I make no apologies for it. Believe it or not some people are very gullible and only too happy to part with their hard earned cash based on what they read on a bb.
