Sorry, got a bit carried away. They've been involved from the start, so their holding should already be known - Why do they suddenly have to declare this - just for transparency?

At the expense of burning people who supported him from the start? I'd accept if the company was in trouble, there's only a certain amount of options available to you. This stinks of picking his ball up and going home. I'm ok, I've got a low average. I'm just thinking of all the people who have stuck in there with this stock from the early days.

I know it hasn't been a pleasant experience for him since IPO, but many would argue, just stick with it and grow the company. It's not under any stress, so (within reason) who cares about the sp in the short term - it doesn't need to be taken private or bought out.

I don't think he'd risk this on a bluff, so something is in play - whether this is to tempt a bidder out of the woodwork or if there isn't any, open the door for MM to offer. Legitimately because he'll offer more than anyone else. Issue I have with this is how undervalued he has always said this stock is. If he picks it up cheap, it's the reputational damage of screwing everyone owning stock from £2.50 (or whatever the price turns out to be) and up - within such a short timeframe.

It's all been pretty quiet - when are we expecting an update on this?

As I said the other day, we need a gamestop mentality here to screw the shorters. Just don't know why people are selling with all the evidence in front of them. Would be nowhere for them to go if we all stuck together. Irritating bearing in mind only 20% of the shares are in play for them.

Does seem strange that they've jumped out of this on its way down, at a loss, and decided to short it at a time it looks to be going up!

Slightly different with Twitter. Musk has shown he's looking for ways out and there are no other players on board to force him. Amount of bots could give him a loophole? Deal might or might not get done, but if it does it will probably be mid to low $30's if I had to guess? This stock is completely different.
