I agree. He also knows he's on borrowed time with his golden share, so it's act now or lose the company in the next 18 months. He definitely has things lined up in case there aren't any higher bids, in order for him to take it private. There's no way he hasn't covered every angle here, depending how it plays out. There's no messing around here for the serious bidders. If they don't get it right, they won't get another chance. This is really why I think the bids could surprise people.

That's what I'm asking why was it suspended? 40 trades (buy & sell) in that last 10 mins covering 66,000 shares! They didn't suspend it because there was too much volume, they suspended it because it was hot!
