Given THG's relationship with the City, I don't think there's anyway Matt would have done this. Way too risky. He's fed up with the City and he's sorting this before his golden share expires. Shorts have taken this seriously and since the bid news, it's all been about getting the sp down, to help the shorters close and anchor a low price in investors minds.
