Interesting reading Keith. My one concern here is the dispute that arose between Nornickel and the government. Maybe this is why the s.p is where it is? The gov appear to have a history of pulling the sheet out from under investors.

The Directors and management (being the largest shareholders in Eurasia) intend to proceed with a dividend payment as soon as practicable following a sale. The date from which a shareholder qualifies for a dividend will be determined by each shareholders personal aspiration, the louder they whine the sooner this potentially multi billion deal will be rushed along.
The BOD freely admit they're just kicking the can down the road for ****s and giggles.

Just had a clean up of smaller holdings. Got rid of UFO, Sres and Vast :-)

Complaining about the weather is much akin to the whining on here.
We are blessed in the UK, as being an island the extremes in temperature that are experienced on continental land masses are ameliorated by the surrounding water. Look at what other countries suffer and one gains a greater appreciation for our climate.
Regarding the Eurasia whiners, have a look at the performance of other mining stocks,. Where has there been such an increase in s.p over the last couple of years with such a huge increase in asset, an imminent partial sale, likely dividend, and a current sp where one can still confidently load up for an imminent payday?
