Have they added, "posting accurate and factual information" to their list of triggers to remove posts and execute bans?
It's getting ridiculous.

Classic big brother, all are equal, just some more equal than others! Does seem strange that Lse tolerate the lies and distortions incessantly posted by the bottom dwellers on here, but constantly delete informative posts and ban helpful posters.

I had to pay a near identical figure of CGT only this week.
Although it's painfull, i console myself with the fact that all the CGT i pay is from property and shares.
I'm not aware of many easier legal ways to make a financial gain, and it's a damn sight easier that working for it!

There are posters complaining about the progress of the company, they can't even work out their potential CGT obligations.
What hope do they have of truely appreciating the company's envious position.

I have some experience of smartmeters, and would recommend avoiding them due to the following:
Your utility provider is responsible for the meter, they are not resposnisble for the hardware upstream or downstream of the meter i.e. mains fuse and consumer unit. This means that when they fit the meter, they do not ensure the tails into the mains fuse are secure. This often results in localised high resistence heating and, ultimately, a fire. This is well known within the industry. One is not legally obliged to have a smartmeter installed. If you are in the habit of switching off electrical items that are not in use, a smartmeter is no greener and will not save you money. Only your utility provider will save money.
The adverts you see on TV are misleading, at best!

For any household that switches off unneccessary electrical items, the smart meter is not a greener option and will not save you money. The biggest money saving is to the utility companies themselves. Do not be hoodwinked.

And, just for balance, maybe you could take notice of all the "factual" information regarding the company that has been released via RNS or posted on here by those diligent enough to carry out some adult research for the kiddies.

It's also good to see the usual jumping on the negative bandwagon. How on earth can sabu call the bods behaviour appalling without any hint of embarrassment, i've read their previous posts :-)
Chill, nothing has changed apart from the sp, which is always vulnerable to manipulation and sentiment.
Are people basing their investment decisions on rumours and what somebody else has done with their shares, or officially released facts? If it's the former, I can understand your blind panic.
