Thanks for posting.
Although Tony didn't really come out with anything most of us didn't already appreciate, It did reinforce my belief in him.
I'm always one for watching body language and eye cues, he come across as an extremely authentic individual.
I've a fairly wide ranging portfolio and frankly, although some of the assets build confidence, I hold them with a level of unease, purely based upon the personnel running the company.
Will continue to build a position here.

Hope so, I'll be in for some more. This weeks deal was simply a comfort blanket :-)

Anyone who looked into, for example, the life that CS leads, would realise he is the real deal and not some fly-by-night.
Even if they only connected on Linkedin.
Look at the guys history. As an ex geologist, I know he speaks sense from a technical aspect. but I also know he possesses admirable ethics.

How incompetent of the BOD to try and achieve growth and best value. Instead they should have been focussing on a potential war/ pandemic/asteroid impact/ the second coming/ etc/etc. It was so obvious to the rest of the world that Russia was about to start a war, that's why absolutely nobody got caught out and all of us P.Is' sold up, because we could see it coming ;-)

As a company that has developed assets that putin's new dear friends are after, a bod of predominantly Russian heritage who have made no anti-invasion statements, a record of environmental sustainability and responsibility, a record of social conscience and providing for the local community (not limited to the provision of jobs), an established relationship with rosgeo, established relationships with entities within other BRICS nations, and any prospective deals being worked upon by Russian entities of global companies.
It's worth wondering if they have been advised by some to stay under the radar for the time being, as it complicates the "list of 2000" that have been highlighted for potential punitive action.
All just my thoughts, if they are emotionally triggering for some, please do not reply, this will only reinforce your emotional struggles.

Also, although modern multi cellular batteries such as the lithium ones referred to, are built to extremely fine tolerances. It's fairly straightforward to diagnose potential internal damage after a shunt, using a portable X-ray machine.
The issue is merely that its new tech for many. Once commonplace the issue is mitigated somewhat.

I completely get your frustration Magnum. I've sat here with a significant holding for a few years now and had to give myself a good talking to on a couple of occasions :-)
I'm not sure trying to push the BOD into a corner is the best route. I've no doubt they are taking the best course of action to maximise "their" profit, as well as ours, from the asset sale.
The lack of updates is frustrating, and although achieving 10% would not be too difficult, I can't see how it will produce anything positive in the long term, regarding P.Is' profit.
Last years AGM had a very poor turn out from P.Is'. I'll be going and hopefully those attending will at least get a sense of where we are at, even if cold hard facts cannot be shared.

Maybe my ignorance was bliss or my memory has gone, but before the russian initiated invasion/war, I wasn't aware of particular geopolitical events affecting the asset sale.

Although I feel its highly unlikely that RT were/are putting in a serious bid, they did state only last year (invasion and war already underway) that although they would rather expand organically they need to be realistic about how far this alone can take them. The really telling statement they made was that, in pursuit of growth, they were "location agnostic", especially with regard to securing lithium and Nickel assets. Still, a bit of a stretch to believe they would be one of the buyers.

I also love the fact that, even though the company have gone through a massive expansion programme of acquiring potentially huge assets, of which they intend to realise the value of. They also showed they could produce a decent income from the fledgling WK, even before the dragline was installed. Of course, I could ignore the bigger picture and say, they are not making a profit, but I feel that would be a tad myopic.
As has been said time and time again, It's all in the RNSs'. Reading ALL the information on ALL of the news releases is the only way anyone could acquire the full picture and not rely on cherry picking facts to paint an agenda laden picture.
Obviously we would all appreciate a clear and up to date summary, but in a war situation that is obviously not prudent.

................ I'm feeling more and more confident regarding a positive outcome for a company called Eurasia Mining.
As I say, I know its off topic , but some may want to visit their website and read up on their RNS history, it makes compelling reading. I'm hoping we don't see a spike next week, as I know the SP has been brought down by a significant amount of negative sentiment. The great thing is, the assets are all still there.

Personally, yes, the short term finance uncertainties are a tad unsettling. However, I've been here before with nascent businesses. IF (yes all in upper case) a route is negotiated through these globally economically uncertain times, the rewards are still huge.
It's a hold for me.
