Was it concluded as to why Norilsk Nickel embarked on huge cash raising last year? I know some was for workers infrastructure but that was only a tiny fraction and I haven't seen any large asset purchases of note.

nice to see a few investors coming back onto the board. personally, i'm extremely confident after the agm. i even considered buying more, but when's enough enough?

with regards the pandemic of ****e that appears to be part and parcel of online life, i do have some sympathy.

some of these posters "need" to be heard, and the only soothing they get is when people reply- it tells them they're being heard. much of this behaviour is at a subconscious level and the constant need to be heard must be exhausting.

then there are those that are obviously spreading fud in the belief it will supress the sp whilst they quietly accrue in the background. i do wonder if they are having some effect, as the current sp does not align with true value (buffet and monger were often surprised at how this works and made their fortunes from such disparities).

lastly there are those that bought in on the back of a proposed sale and lack the emotional resilience to look at themselves for any potential learning. all the time they continue to project their anger/frustration, they are prevented from learning. again, i have some sympathy, as they don't know another way to face the inevitable challenges we all face in life.

really looking forward to the post sale get together, to put some faces to names of the genuine holders on here.

A decent and realistic presentation . Lets hope Ben keeps a tight rein on his enthusiasm this time around. It led to a lot of expectation from shareholders and ultimately disappointment. Not sure why P.I.s' voicing their concerns over Ben's performance is seen as some form of de-ramping tactic. There's often extreme views on holdings that reflect individuals monetary and emotional investment, and both sides create a narrative to defend their stance. This is the work of the ego :-)

Completely agree StanAccy. The company need to wake up to the damaging affect he's having on investor sentiment.

Anyone viewing his historical podcasts will surely have doubts about investing. He has an unhealthy relationship with the truth, distorting facts with sentiment.

Not sure how Ben thinks the upcoming webinar will help. Constantly promising and constantly failing to deliver. His words and sentiment have no value whatsoever.

I'm wondering if they're being deliberately vague. I'm wondering if the buyer"s" are patiently waiting but not willing to commit until the war is over, as it has huge ramifications on target markets at present and the future is so uncertain.
