Instead of running and ruining local communities, Eurasia have engage local community at all stages of development, even letting them use the trucks for local projects. As already mentioned, the FSP was already well underway, with some of Putin's dear dear friends. Also much of the BOD is of Russian origin. I also find it hard to believe that the bod don't have friends in Russia, when they enter a potentially lucrative JV right under the nose of Potanin ( shortly after he put Putin's nose out of joint with an environmental f4ckup.

Nemethv, I don't think things are as binary as that. Politics are rarely black and white and unfortunately Eurasia are stuck in the middle of, not only a physical war, but a propaganda war as well. (A bit of a Dual, for those pop trivia fans :-))

I've had a "serious word with myself" and still would rather the company say absolutely nothing to shareholders if it potentially puts any sale of assets at risk. Obviously I would prefer the sale to have been completed prior to the war, but have come to terms with the fact that we may have to sit this out for a long while yet (definitely my preferred option rather than just to calm investors nerves).
I've a feeling the vocal shareholders represent a tiny proportion of the total , why should others investment be put at risk to calm those that cannot appreciate the magnitude and ramifications of a Russian invasion.

There was a thought that it was relating to Logik's attempt at selling of a UK asset on Deeside, possibly to Eurasia Mining, but with the ensuing delays with regard to selling the mine assets, this has stalled.
If true, it reinforces that Eurasia's asset sale was well advanced.

That is appalling, if the corporate governance policy was written post February 2022 (you know, after Russia went to war).

Even if no progress is being made, I'm not too stressed.
As long as we don't get any bad news and are able to keep hunkered down until the storm has passed, that's acceptable for me.
Just over a week until ISA top ups can start, will it still be 3.5p buy in? :-)

I'm extremely happy with progress, as I've invested in the long term prospects of the company, although i can appreciate there are many where it's all about trading through the fluctuations of the SP. For traders the relentless devastation of the AIM market over the last 18 months must have produced endless opportunities, as long as they haven't just sat on their hands.

Let's hope there is some positive news.
In the last couple of weeks I've had three other holdings that have shown sudden and impressive rises in SP, all to fizzle out in the next few days. MM's trying to add some life to the aim market that's been hammered in the last 18 months, maybe?

Yeah, I have significant CGT liabilities coming soon off the back of commercial and BTL property sales, it encouraged me to play more on the markets. I'd rather lose money trying to make more, than simply give it to the government to mismanage, although I'm not down on all holdings . I just lets holdings ride and crystalise losses when I need to. ;-)

It doesn't just have to be offset against other share gains/losses.
Share gains and losses can be offset against other CGT liabilities.
For those with properties, any loss is offset against the CGT of you property sales.
It's like a form of free gambling :-)

and surprise surprise, lots of tiny trades walking it all the way down again.

Some people use charts to work the transience of the SP, but chartists can NEVER predict outcomes from company changing news. Not sure I'd call him a muppet, just made the wrong call.

Been holding for at least a couple of years here, but the SP patterns we've seen over the last couple of months made me think of this Coolio hit :-)

TBF, the bod have given us plenty of warning over the last few weeks.
The people with a "valid claim against the company" are those that were adult enough to take a loan, but not adult enough to pay it back. That's the problem nowadays, no individual accountability, and a company is destroyed in the process.

Agree last, I'm not a conspiracy theorist.
I listen to everything (nearly :-) ), contextualise and question.
My "truth" is only mine and I don't get angry that there are other "truths" out there.
Like you, I'd much rather trust medical professionals than a foil hatted anonymous poster.

I wonder if anyone's perspective and understanding of an issue is different now than it was from their childhood, or adolescence.

The stated "inverse relationship" between bitcoin price and economic feasibility (RNS states technical difficulty) of mining is where the true value of QBT lies, Peeps always referring to QBT value increasing as crypto values increase is counterintuitive, to me anyway :-)
Low crypto values and high energy costs = perfect storm (If validation is expedited).
