Obviously I'm more embarrassed by his statement than he is. I don't even understand why they come out with such carp, do they really think anybody believes their narrative? They are just going to do what their going to do, why are they pretending to appease and garner favour of the downtrodden masses? I'm fairly confident XI will also get re elected :-)

One of my more steady holds is Spirax-Sarco. Lots of expansion purchases over recent times and hopeful only going in one direction.
Think there's loads of risky bargains around at the moment, as investors lack the appetite. Hold significantly in Eurasia and will probably top up through the ISA next month, but my head keeps getting turned by other undervalued small cap miners :-)

You'd be surprised how many people were hit with the £1.08 million lifetime limit. I know a fair few people that see this as a catalyst for reassessing what they're are doing with their lives. Personally think it's a good move by the government, there was a premature experience drain in much of the workforce, not just doctors.

A lot of the division on here, seems to be based upon those of a pessimistic leaning concluding that, because we don't know something, the worst will happen. Obviously there's a reciprocal to this. Personally however, I see that the long term historical behaviour and performance of the board point towards a more positive outcome.

Still hopeful we get into April before news and hikes in SP. Want to use the ISA allowance.

I wouldn't get too excited, Nevada has some particularly compelling, but complicated, geology. It's all put into perspective when one looks at historical applications to BLM Nevada State and the litany of failures.
On the flip side, you jump on with enough small caps, some will come good.

Personally I Don't find CTC irritating.
I green boxed him many months ago.
This isn't meant in any way to be negative, but his/her need to be heard is coming from the inner child. I'm sure they are an intelligent person but the inner child's need to be heard trumps any rational behaviour. CTC is not the only one. The necessity to have the last word or win the "arguement" is the validation their inner child requires. They may post about adult subjects but, as always, it's the story behind the story that's most telling.
Anyways, on to more relevant issues. Lets hope that we see some developments regarding our investment in the next few weeks. Still looking forward to a meet up when the asset sale completes. :-)

Up early this morning for a meeting in London and just watched Armol Rajan interview with Bill Gates on iPlayer.
Hard for anyone to take anything negative out of his philanthropy and his carefully pondered and authentic answers.
Yet again, another opportunity to put into perspective the trials and tribulations of our journey with Eurasia.

The posts from Art123, are extremely informative, but not in the way he thinks. One often has to look at the story behind the story, and Art's perspective say's a lot more about himself than it does about PJ.

His body language and general demeanour in more recent interviews make a lot more sense now.
Hope PJ manages to get through whatever personal struggles he's currently facing.

Surely it's more likely that instead of the FCA and Bod proposed manipulation, it's a potential funding source that's holding fire on confirming funding whilst hedging their risk by accruing a large share holding. A win win.
