The Ncondezi Coal Mine will continue to be wholly owned by Ncondezi and will be developed and financed separately. It is envisaged that a Coal Supply Agreement will be entered into between the relevant entities***..... Our new deal is literally a stratosphere away from the SEP deal and it's clear to see why we opened our arms to G.E / CMEC and changed our model to suit them...Release the beast Hanno.;))

For the record i don't see a buyout right now... Although it's likely as the project progresses to its end .. It's delays i worry about given it's Africa and Aim combined.. Certainly expect an Rns sometime this week.. A bumper update hopefully.. Hannos email didn't seem downbeat though..

The 20p isn't my guesstimate!..Hell.i'd be happy with 9p+... Your post neatly outlines all we can see and why we are confident.. I will add though SEP deal contained 1.5 x NCCL outlay so far being returned to us in cash AND these numbers were revealed to the market WAY before the binding agreement was meant to be signed ie..right about NOW.

I expect/will be happy with just touching double figures ...and obviously even that depends of the quality of the next Rns...i will be happy with a 30m mcap for now until July but Aim can always surprise...the talk of 20p now is just tounge in cheek/bants from me anyway!

SEP had cashflow problems which came to a head as they led us down the garden path for nearly 3 years...contrast with G.E who move a lot quicker and are armed to the teeth with their own and bucketfuls of U.S Gov cash intended for EXACTLY this kind of project.

Even slightly better terms could translate as $45m on Binding agreement and another $35m on Financial close (year end)..and all debt similar to SEP deal.....holy shit...No WAY is that priced in here.

The previous deal with SEP was $25m up front and $35m on Financial close for 60% .. SEP lost the exclusivity then General Electric walked up unsolicited with presumably better terms.. The Market hasn't seen those numbers yet.. We talk of the next update being a decent catalyst.. It certainly will be if it contains goodies like that..gla

Only been here since mid December but this share does seem to enjoy a Monday so given how close we are to crunch time i would expect some sort of spurt BUT this position does remind me of that bit in Oil drills where you know the drill has reached total depth and you are basically waiting for GUSHER or DUSTER news ..the SP basically picks its bottom and top with a small spread inbetween indicating that (as Hardy said) that maybe everyone who wants in is already in and vice versa.. We have done 40% in a fornight! Typical Aim mindset that's not enough...but go ask a ferrari driving millionaire hedgie about 40%...he will rip your arm off!!!;))... However i believe this next news although not the financial close or the final signatures will be enough to make this deal seemed copper bottomed and i can almost hear the LTH wince as i write that but i really think that this is the time for NCCL and value will be added on this next update.... Taking into consideration NCCL and the long years in even this projects more painful history remember they had to find it..prove it up licenses. and now JV it ..in Africa of all places...the 'home' of inexplicable delays and events.. There were lots of other deals on the table and given the size of that coal resource and it's location its plain to see that the 4.4bn..is coming out the ground whatever happens here and thats what underpins NCCL for me.. My final point is..looking at todays news and adding it to the final repayment of the ECB loan then its VERY clear to me that ALTYN seem very focused on clearing debt from the books.. Why? Because,imo,our funding will be delivered in the form of a repayment loan leaving our holdings and their own 'largely' intact.....nai/dyor.
