This may come across as a bit rampy so dilute to taste but we have end of Due Dil scheduled BY end of April according to Rns.. So..i have noticed that this date and event was the ONLY thing where an extension wasn't provided or asked for in our change of timetable.. This date has been the same since the start of the process and indeed since the Bejing signing ceremony... When you make an unsolicited bid surely you've at least kicked the tyres in secret...? Not saying that the original sniff is going to bring your whole DD process forward by miles but could it shave a month off?..Genuine question

Well balanced posts guys.. For what its worth i really think we misinterpreted the Hanno interview expecting an RNS to merely confirm RECEIPT of the bids.. He and the rns both say "received" by the 28th THEN accepted which is a two part process by the look.. If those bids hadn't been received/delayed..? Well that deal is dead in the water...the Rns (28/12) is CLEAR on that.. So they would have to say something..100% sure of that especially with Londons most nervous nominated advisors signing off....;))

Same Tony...i am aware a closed period on 'insider' BoD trades ect..but i am sceptical about the existence of "exempt from releasing news period'...as on Aim this would be abused beyond recognition!!.. I believe the bids are in and we'll find out if they have been accepted on our next bumper update but if bids had not been received we would of already been told as = deal off... I do actually think we have a hell of a lot more than bids going on right now though.... I have a great feeling here..

But...(based on no news is good news)..This is all going to change.. On our next update the market will be provided with an update which will provide it with the Valium it clearly needs...Bids accepted..5weeks away from due dil ending...and a 'contigency' date set for July... This news will be greeted like a long lost relative and the SP will take it's next step up... BUT we have to factor in our tiny freefloat as well as reimbursment of our costs so far 1.5x but this time with the coal priced in .. Factor in also ...An UNSOLICITED bid by TWO partners surely on better terms than SEP gave us.. I am thinking $40m+ for return of development costs spent so far by NCCL on PP + mine... $40m into a £14m mcap.... To summarise if deal is ON and those numbers are unveiled then Mr Market is gonna get a hell of a shock.. 15p will get blown to smithers..GLA..

Paranoia stems from SEP leading us up garden path for 3 years,we gave them extension after extension (and that's not bending over asking to be fked ..it's courtesy for an entity who we have invested 3 years into) but obviously the market will think 'same old same old' about this deal... I remember thinking was 3.9p good value in December but we have done 50% since then and pretty much held it as we get nearer the actual milestones ... So given the paranoia regarding our previous deal i actually think we are sensibly priced for NOW.... It's ok for a HOLDER to believe no news is good news..but how about for a Day1 investor?.. Would you?

Thanks for sharing ClarksMark...and you've sparked a decent discussion too... I was just thinking DD is scheduled for end of April which is only weeks away THEN end of July for binding but July was named as a contingency to provide a margin for delays.... I too subscribe to the theory that we are due a bumper update very soon and also somewhere schedules are NOT slipping but for once in the history of Aim,Africa and NCCL they are actually being exceeded...bwtfdik/nai/dyor

Hell...i never let it stop me!!...Have you read my dribble?;))))))) Some on here will call you Ramper-in-chief or believe a investors bulletin board isn't the place to discuss our theories ...and if you do it in a Twitter ramproom in secret ,..well turns out they don't like that either because they're not invited.. Yes Tony..Also The fact we also have TWO partners would maybe imply a better deal for us all round and your question regards the coal and SEP is ...SEP would of eventually done a off take deal with us for coal supply but it had nowt to do with developing the mine and the $60m was only for 60% of the power plant..nothing else ;))

For the record i have no idea about T/O ..or indeed increasing their equity stake.. I think the bids are in though.. The Rns/Hanno said they are crucial to the whole process so no bids=no deal and even on filthy Aim we ahould of been told a week ago... We established already we were wrong to expect an Rns merely regarding receipt.. Although when/if accepted/rejected i expect we'll be told.. I believe the actual deal is on too ..based on what our shared research tells us.. I also think we'll see double figures at some point in the future too... I think (if all the above is correct) we'll get a surprise in the form of the actual numbers regarding our historical cost reimbursment and the payment which will be made on FC.. i base this on the SEP deal Rns(s) and the fact this model is based on mine and power plant rather than the single plant model.. It would be nice to think G.E as part of an unsolicted bid would of had to at least match the original dough.. It's not the newbs nor unsuspecting PI's whose money i am after.. We are speculators who are speculating and being generally enthusiastic about the share we hold... It's not as if i'm locked in..(45% up) I post often but i post a lot of research too...same as CF.... We may all have different views but we all want the same thing.. I enjoy a good old consensual ramp though at that moment when the news is in and the SP is flying..and for that split second where we are all in it together.. I hope we all share a similar moment here but probably not the same way TTP wants to share a moment with Dandy after shandies..;))....NAI//DYOR//GLA
