It was at GE Annual conference held in Bejing which was totally devoted to 'belt and road' which suggests ours is a flagship project and Cmec were there too and another signing ceremony took place according to the bottom of the CMEC release..... I will be delighted with 60/40 as advertised but approaching 4 months without Rns cements my belief that something bigger is happening here.. As CF points to THAR regarding our similar workload i can point to the funding of that project and ask,again,where does an Aimee holding 40% fit in to any of it?... If we were a goldie in exactly the same position with 2 Billionaire Partners i wouldn't have any qualms about saying takeover is highly likely..so not sure why i hold myself back here but who could of called our current position a year ago?

I was gonna have a sabbatical because i DO overpost ...but i'm not quite vain enough to run 2 accounts and then compliment myself!!Report me if you think that's not the case mate.....Anyway TTP CTAG was a fitness tracker device with a 'unique algorithm' and certain boys ramped it up to nearly a 100m mcap without a finished product on the shelves with takeover talk using some incredibly tenuous links including but never limited to NHS,Apple,Samsung,Wishbone,Fitbit ect and peeps just lapped it all up after being warned by more experienced investors that it was indeed bobbins although i enjoyed a ride from 4p to 12p twice!...........but i'd hate to come across like that here....fullblown CTAG....One guy suggested the delay of the iphone 7 was because Apple were finalising the takeover of CTAG ;))))

Hang in there Dandy.... Though this NOT a shoe in as Gods said.. This deal is too big for everything to run like clockwork and yep even the best of deals fail no matter how nailed on they look. They all hang in the balance and are with the Gods.... but i swear in almost 9 years i haven't seen dots link together like this within my research for any share especialky with named partners at the table and it's not a case of tenuous links or forcing square pegs into round holes or lipstick on a pig..,twisting stuff just to make it fit like a bunch of CTAG knobbers ... It's almost like i am looking at the perfect set of conditions for this deal to conclude and i will say if NCCL can't close now then they are blasting a tap-in over the bar and i'd have little hope of them ever delivering.. BTW When i post i hope you get a sense of me 'preaching to the converted',yes i am aware that these boards are heavily read by all and since i am invested ,yes, i will tend to be positive but that doesn't mean i want newbs piling in or peeps sowing up pension pots!I come on here and Twitter to soothe my own nerves and those around me to swap ideas..... A welcomed and totally reasonable post and i'd love to read more but surely you must note certain differences in the SEP deal to this?..The more aggressive timeline for a start and not to mention an almost completely different 'backdrop'...Also it would be worth noting that Haworth chipped in with 200k of the loan as well as deferring wages at times with the rest of BoD which must show at least some confidence in the project....The skint Aimie problem and loans would be annulled by reimbursment of historical costs and yes we have to get the cash in the bank first but i seriously cannot see a 5m placing coming this side of FC...can you break down your numbers which suggest this please Gods?

While i can't speak for everyone,..i am certain your post encapsulates exactly how myself, CF, Steven and Splatted feel...We couldn't have a more advanced project any nearer 'production' and we simply couldn't have more suited 'real deal' expert partners for whom our project seems made according to all our research......and agree also NO-ONE could hide bad news this long especially with 2 blue chip NAMED partners whose own PR would be free to tell the world themselves at anytime.......Anyway the wait continues but we're good..This is a great bb too with grown ups and generally a pleasure to read.GLA
