Athough we have many examples across the web of G.E carrying out many ultra £million/billion as a matter of course.... I can find no examples of G.E walking away after NBO stage..

All Rns , along with all our research points to a deal... Nothing here other than silence suggests anything else.. We either trust our research and the fundamentals or we listen to the silence... We hold,sell or buy more.. I don't blame anyone for selling indeed do what's right for you and yours... Aim needs a saviour bigtime.. What CF is saying isn't sci-fi either... i have reasons to agree there too although i doubt we are sitting on accepted bids waiting for the end of Due dil because that's not how Hanno described newsflow.. But just what level of discussion takes place before you end up with TWO partners on a 60/40 split after an unsolicited bid?.. G.E and CMEC didn't just meet in the corridoor and decide to team up .. They didn't even do a MOU.. Straight in with NBO and quick change back to CFB and the combined model tells us something.. The O&M bids are exclusive to G.E so i am not picturing 'sealed' bid scenario i am picturing an open source two way conversation running all the way up to 28/2... There could be many teams involved on a sub-contractor basis so i have to think the bids are still being reviewed.. I still expect an update by Monday though..otherwise yes squeaky bum time.. I have to add though....to send a tweet referring to FC regarding someone elses project while you are sitting on a broken deal would indeed take a special kind of stupid...;))..

All Guesswork..that is a perfectly viable theory as deals without a fatal flaw don't just die instantly,they fizzle out through the slow realisation that there is simply no compromise from the other party and that takes time as you described..

All real possibilties.. I keep calm just sticking to the Rns and the interview.. Nothing within those realms,point to anything unexpected.. If we haven't heard anything by Monday ..I will concede to a little anxiety simply because i feel NOW is perfect for an update..

I don't think news is overdue..but this is ready for an update.. I read on Twitter earlier someone saying don't expect news until July.. That flys in the face of virtually EVERYTHING Hanno told us in interview... He said "no black box"...& "key deliverables" all the way through... Moday.Latest.

The OPM bids were originally expected by 31/12/17.. We were told 3 days BEFORE on the 28th that there was going to be delay.. Non-receipt of the bids would cause the cancellation of the NBO... All the Rns have made this clear... *(Under the NBO, NEL has now granted exclusivity to CMEC and GE until July to conclude a binding Joint Development Agreement ("JDA") and tender on the EPC and O&M contracts for the Integrated Project, subject to the NBO not being terminated by CMEC and GE following their due diligence or by NEL if CMEC and GE fail to submit binding offers for EPC and O&M in accordance with agreed timelines.)**.... Now i have no idea what has gone on since 28/2/18 but those bids are crucial as receipt shows how keen our Partners are ,but i am convinced they are in because non-receipt = deal off and they were happy enough to tell us of a delay so anything fatal we would of been told.. That said i think news is well due now..c'mon Hanno.

A chunky seller was around at 4p so i don't read too much into it.. Same when we motor from 4.9 to 6p.. Sometimes it looks like a a bot because there's always a chunky buy on same day.. I can't explain it.. Anyone trading it from 4 ish to 6p ish has already 2 bagged since December!! Albeit at the risk of being locked out when it matters but then they may have 2 or even 3 trading pots.. We seem to be on a fornightly cycle with the 4p-6.2p range.. I actually think the action here is innocent..bwtfdik.. We need an update soon though.. My guess would be Monday at the absolute latest.. He also has understandably jittery LTHs to calm down and 3 month is a long time on Aim so psychology would suggest this week is about right.. Even the 'update in the next few weeks' reply to SH email a fortnight ago would suggest around about now.. I don't want to be ramper-in-chief but we are (as far as we know) still on the cusp of the biggest ever deals in the history of Aim.. I also maintain tragic news would be fully public now as we would be now sat in the middle of 'false market' territory and that's a 50k fine for a warm up along with a life ban from anymore CFO positions.. We are simply not there..nothing at all points to that....All research points to paydirt.. I maintain Mr Market only needs to see we are still 'on'.... NAI/DYOR/GLA

The time for NDAs as instructed by G.E would of been when we first walked away from SEP.... But once a potential partner is named especially with a targeted percentage also revealed then the whole point of an NDA has gone.. Anything at all now can be discussed under the 60-40% umbrella and we don't have to be informed until there is material changes be it in the health of the original deal or any 'extras'.... Hence bids not received would of resulted in an Rns.. Bids accepted would also be notifiable... Indeed any changes to the DD schedule.. Closed period = no Director/insider trading.. The reason next week is being touted by some is because Hanno is in London .... It is approaching nearly 3 months since last Rns and it would be nice to think he has some PR lined up as that imo, would only point to one thing as bad news day is rarely promo-ed.. A confirmation of the original 60-40 deal still progressing quickly will do me and it will do Mr Market very nicely thank you.. A glimpse of those numbers tho?..Wow..Gla.
