Well Tubes... The outlay G.E have to find for this project is incredible.. They have to build the thing first!! No !! First they have to refund our historical costs x1.5 as per the SEP deal..(£30m).. Then a 91km line to install.. G.E are covering basically all of this (to a point)..

Its General frikkin Electric keen as mustard on our £BN project ....and we are still half a bag from year high!!!.. If we were a Goldie with 500m of drilling and "encouraging gold grades' and had Rio Tinto sniffing (and dammit that IS the nearest equivalent to G.E) we'd be 30p right now.. Because of the SEP deal and the previously shit coal price...the market has told itself since the new deal was announced that regardless of suitor we were doomed to failure... Well...sooner or later the market will have to tell itself that it got it very very wrong.. Hell....and this is based on what we know, let alone on what MIGHT happen.. G.E are already preparing to write an eye wateringly big cheque to build and operate so really what is one more flick of the pen to get the Aimie out of the way?... CMEC aren't exactly skint either;))... Sticking to what we know for now though.. G.E and CMEC want to take 60% with all debt and lead financing of our £BN project... 14m mcap...insane.

We are the happiest investors ever not to receive an Rns!!.. This deal is bigger than the SEP deal because this is a COMBINED model plant&mine.. SEP deal left us with the mine to develop on our own..(just a few billion tonnes of coal!!)... Lest not forget too as Mr Richards pointed out Due Dil only has weeks to run now (end of April).. So if you have exclusivity and constant contact then how wrong can this go? Formality? Right?.. No rns tomorrow says deal ON because without bids being received or another extension announced then this deal is very off and who waits for the deadline day when it's something you want,you have exclusivity and you've already had an extension and it was YOU who made the unsolicited offer?.... I truly believe (i have to)...that the bids were tabled early Feb and they are currently being reviewed..

Bids need to be received by 28th THEN accepted..sorry for the caps but it's myself i am shouting at ...Surely G.E had a vocal idea of the build costs ect..We are in constant contact which should mean the acceptance is only a formality (1/2 weeks). No bid received = Rns Tomorrow

Yet another read through of the important RNSs and i can only read that everything is being fast tracked... The SEP saga and the previously poor coal price helped ruin any confidence held by the LTHs and have provided a shitty yardstick by which we will clearly judge the future....... That said the EPC and O&M bids are VITAL (lots of people said it wasn't an important milestone) but if they have been received ON TIME from General Electric thus meeting TOMORROWS deadline... then i stand by what i have previously said which is after next update this deal will have never looked more on and value will be added accordingly...GLA... Pour me a shandy please Dandy..

Right now NCCL are sitting with the bids and firing them into the final financial model on behalf of our very keen Partners who have joined this highly advanced project at a very late stage after an unsolicited bid who now themselves are racing to complete Due Dil by end of April in order to beat a 'conservative' July target for the binding JDA...;))

The same sized sells were happening at 4p....listening to the Hanno interview he virtually makes it clear no news til end of Feb as his email confirmed the same thing.All these deadlines now have added contingency 'just in case' so any delays should be reported to us.

We have a 'set-up' range from 4-6p which has been exploited 3x in 3 months..Mr 250k is leaving his exit late which would indicate he indeed knows about a bad outcome..
