I honestly thought the raise would of been tied in to the E.O.Y results on Jun 30th thinking the accounts wouldn't get signed off with only a small amount of cash on the books and a loan to square up in September because 'funded to August' means raise before then ,especially when he said (interview No 2) 'adding value first before raise which arguably he did ..
