And i calculate we already have 60m coming by FC based on us holding 40%! ... *scenario* GE/CMEC take an extra 20% each of our remaining share ...they then gift the Moz goverment a 25% stake in the NEW GE/CMEC vehicle? I say this because sooner or later they (Moz)will need their slice and GE have history of 'giving back' ... They don't have the thieve and pillage mentality of your average Gold mining Co as they treat Africa as their future as no doubt CMEC share the same mentality given they are the architects of the belt and road.. Even more pressure on our 40% from all angles .. Hanno told us as much in the interview .. The Alstom deal was described by GE at the time as "aquiring a cash generative business that would of taken 50 years to build" by CEO ... The share holders weren't so sure and said it was a relic of fossil fuels era plus it cost them their dividend... Now a couple of years on , with the progress of the Silk Road ,the Alstom deal looks a brilliant piece of business given the amount of turbines and generators the belt road will need.

Tony we have spread the word (i'm frikkin exhausted!) .. We are ticking through the days of May and just looking at previous placings RNSs , there does seem to be a mild pattern of releasing tasty RNSs just after a placing ...and yep he said 'May' !! So whatever the weather we are literally days away regardless of a surprise or not.. Read a comment yesterday that suggested the placing was deliberately enough to take us to next Summer ie delays expected but that is wrong because based on last placing and given we have a loan to clear i think this money is timed to bring us to FC in December as scheduled ..that is when money via historical costs ect will start to be paid although we will hear of actual figures very soon as surely it's part of the final financial model.. I still think end of due dil is when revised projected final ownership percentages will be announced but obviously i want to be wrong and arguably it too could be part of final model . GLA .

Bless ya ..the reimbursement of historical costs will add value (30-40m) as will first payment to reinvest on FC (35m+) before this of course we will thrash out final ownership percentages which will also add value... If we were having this conversation at 50m mcap i would of scored you higher..but 16m ?..Really? .. We'll see action here before next year mate pmsl ..

It's market mechanics TTP as people much smarter than myself have highlighted to me .. nothing to do with sectors..the placing threat which may have held the traders/newbs/herd back has been lifted and we are t-minus 3 weeks away from next news literally 14 sessions ie final leg of journey... A day 1 investor to NCCL on Tuesday has timed things beautifully..

And it simply is a question "Are our Partners big enough and motivated enough to take an extra 20% each of this project"? .... General Electric ALONE could buy us out x20 with the change in their ashtray .

Seems to be a swirl of 'chatter' now around NCCL on Twitter .. The sentiment is with us now .. Last leg of the journey,fully funded and cheap as chips.. Let's consider 40% as our basecamp.. If it was Rio and Newmont circling a goldie with nothing more than 'encouraging' gold grades and a dataset in some war torn inoperable hellhole then we'd be 100m mcap.. Here we have merely General Electric (112bn Mcap)and the frikkin Chinese State circling 4.4 billion tonnes of coal and 2x900Mw power plants in which they are already booked in for 60%..... 60% of a project of which it is impossible to be any more perfect for them,us and Moz... GE (112bn mcap) armed with half a billion US Aid money to improve the 20% electricification of Mozambique with the newest advanced tech driven cleanest coal power in the World....made possible by their own ultra billion buyouts of such tech. CMEC .. Chinese State builder who are the architects of the entire Silk/Belt Road vision of President Xi and one very researchable fact is that they are simply armed with feckin Trillions.. End.Of You develop these nations via power projects EXACTLY like ours and help them to help themselves so in future years China will reap the rewards of an almost infinitive R.O.I .. General Electric themselves can't get enough of the new Silk road which will one day make their dog Alstom purchase look like one of the most visionary pieces of business in history...
