They had 5.8m at March end but with Well 5 still to frack .. Well 6 will cost 2m+ and no doubt that has been ringfenced or at least earmarked and factor in too a shitload (now) of work on 1 & 5 which couldn't of been priced in because of its nature.

*45 days work on '1' on top of costs associated with investigation of '5' doesn't come cheap and then start pricing up '6' too .. i am (it seems) as positive as anyone but i have little doubt there's lots of cash being munched atm..

A balanced set of posts and i agree that the potential source(s) of good news outnumber the potential source(s) of bad news .. and we'll find out soon no doubt.

Well we all have our own strategies including the trading megastars and that's why we have winners and losers in our game.. I would suggest someone with a possible £5-6m in here that they are making educated decisions (and yep that would include averaging down for safety).. Yet some want to paint him as 'Hollerin Jimbob' strapped in , at a table in Vegas... So we don't agree he's heard enough to make him want to buy more after meeting them?.. No one is claiming this is a pension stock .. i just see a moderate recovery play.. Bad news creates sellers in a share with half decent fundamentals which creates value for others and Beetam,Buffet and even Bugger all money will agree with that.. I am a goldie and regards GGP (i have never been keen) who would of ever called SolGolds half a Bn mcap? IMO they are quite similar.. Being down in a Junior gold explorer is normal !! Until it's not..

So he's 20% down on a longterm gold play? My point is i think he highly likely met them recently and clearly heard enough to make him buy more. He may of made his money in property but that doesn't makes him a novice trader making casino type calls..

Well corrections and waterlogged sites take time hence as per the Rns *45 days of work* for Well 1 AFTER completion of Well 5.. Now...look at our current Mcap and do a quick peer comparison around the houses... We are 45m mcap... Notice at $80 oil we have a lot of Aimies on 30-40m mcap WITHOUT A SPLASH of oil yet.. We are producing,theres lots of O.I.P and we have production infrastructure sorted (well,the use of it).. Lol..we have a company maker alone in Well 5.. As a previous poster exclaimed "this is priced as an utter pile of dog excrement" ;)) Well yes it is ..and it seems all progress over the last 3 years is being discounted.. Fine... when Oil is sat at $25 pb .....but at $80PB? I'll tell you another thing that takes time and that's JVs..and something that was mentioned last year should be coming to fruition very soon... Regardless of the clusterf'k of 20% of the acreage which even if unsalvageable where would an announced MOU or HOA tomorrow leave a 45m mcap with that amount of oil in place? Or this news combined with a flowing Well 1 or indeed Well 5?... Ok for balance i will go worst case scenario.... 100% dilution at 50% discount probably would take us briefly to a high teen mcap..but how long does anyone expect it to stay there with rising oil price and every other 'dry aimie' priced at 30-40m mcap? Not long at all...especially if they unveil a Partner who remotely look as though they know what they are doing.. Anyway....no one here is going to take a bigger haircut than SB ,nowhere near... So look at it this way and not discount the fact that the Multi Millionaire is buying after meeting the BoD recently and remember another Billionaire (Buffets) words ... Do SEP build and supply CFB boilers or sell complete coal air quality control systems then Lurker ? How about all plant software? On top of virtually all the other hardware needed to provide, a full , turnkey plant ?

It shows in the starkest terms why GE are absorbed into these projects because that one piece of basic equipment with its hefty price tag pales into insignificance against the rest of the tech going in there.. and all of it mainly built and supplied by GE which leads me to ask .....Any Contractor in any industry working on any project will tell you that there's no cheaper way to build a project than to establish a partnership with the main supplier! So a supplier with equity stake (GE) in our deal must be a seriously better model than the previous SEP deal ... and that's before the VAT cut before the "super critical tech and Neuco savings before the combined models before our Partners buried poor Hanno in other cost deductions that come with equiring the cleanest,newest and most efficent coal to power on Earth. ... still it's not all about GE let's not forget our other Partner (basically the Chinese State) i imagine there's nothing they couldn't make cheaper ;))
