We have a few Damascus moments but that one early on convinced me that GE were 'parading' this project.. Look at who we are rolling with ... They have 60% of this ... Do you think Hanno is down the ministry on his own? All humble as if he's trying to sell encyclopedias door to door... 'They' are down there discussing a billion dollar deal! Do you think the President doesn't have the inside track from his own energy dept?!... Especially when it's a deal that involves General Electric and the Chinese State... Please trust in the strength of our Partners and join some dots from belt and road to alstom.. Remember too .. that all those mining activites in Tete and simply eat power they all want to upscale but simply don't have the juice.. O.N.

I don't like the thought of depending on an African Country but firmly believe Moz are upwardly mobile and well and truly open for business....also ..They had to agree the revised timetable.. Doesn't sound as though they are unkeen...

Every deadline on every signature on every contract DELIVERED ... I need no further indication of how keen our Partners are No one in our core group is going to mess this up... GE , Cmec or Hanno .. We are one ... Regards MIREME ..the need for this project is layered beyond mere electrification for Moz and a 1bn cheque .. Hydro dams don't work in drought .. windfarms don't work without wind ... GE wouldn't of signed off on a bid that could fail besides Hanno didn't sound worried about his trip down the Ministry at all ... Patience required ... that's all.

The longest wait we will endure is EOY results due June 30th.. I'm sure we'll get an update before but i personally would prefer the comprehensive roll out containing everything we need to know... That said,the market would love confirmation of the acceptance of tariff but imagine if we get it all in one huge Rns...including the numbers. Gla

Once the tariff is agreed in priciple then our risk of being Africa-ed is reduced by 90% .. All parties sound confident that it will and i can't imagine GE signing off on a pitch that is doomed to fail.. I am also reminded about the revised timetable in December that needed to be approved by Mireme themselves so i can't imagine Mireme are now ready to tear our project apart especially with a BN dollar promise.. Hanno is likely to be having follow up meetings this week as stated in interview and given we are 8 or 9 sessions away from our EOY anyway it's certainly safe to say we are in zone .. Tariff acceptance is one thing..numbers are another...as is the end of DD ... and finally the JDA.. A company defining 6 weeks coming at us.

Yes Steve,Badeli i read a similar link elsewhere on Creamers and it seems other sectors outside our investment 'bubble' know this is on as those inside the deal do.... GE/CMEC handing back our financial model to us all signed up and approved last week is yet ANOTHER deadline met on time by our supposedly slow cumbersome Partners (!) .. If we had just ONE partner of their size motivated as they seem to be it would still be remarkable... Nothing to see here... Just a 112bn Mcap jumping through hoops... X 2 ;))
