Funny last October I decided ton buy some American speakers call the Klipschorns A6's. The cost 17k at that time I had plenty of dosh with POGs Share Price at about 20p so I took the chance . Well they finally arrived last Tuesday and I just can't bring myself to listen to them as they are now synonymous with POG's descent into crooked Russian hell .

To dive and it didn't take long for someone else to take his baton and run with it, I've had a contact for over a year he never told me much , only that POG was doomed. i should have listened and to make things worse I think I've annoyed him. Does this mean I'm picking up the baton now?

I used to run projectors from about 96, Seleco, phillip's hopper 10 and finally panasonic but as the leds got larger and cheaper I moved to them and there was one basic reason. Projector lamps used to run very hot and with very low life expectancy. As a result all projectors had to use fans to cool them down . Now out atmosphere is full of dust which is essentially human skin. This gets sucked into the projector via the fan and literally melts and bakes on all the lens's in tyhe projector. I used to take my panasonic to bits and clean all of the 32 lenses internally that would get dirty very quickly. In the end it just wasn't worth it. Now of course there's been a revoluion in design with L|ED light source and laser. In addition the whole light engine is now sealed so no **** on the internal lenses so no deteriations in the quality of image. The final bonus is the new pico and laser lamps last up to 30,000 hrs where the old lamps about 400 at best
