It would seem that Pavel and Peter Hambro were against going onto MOEX in June 2020. it was Strukovs man Kharin and Lioustigers (everest) man Cameron that would have pushed , I remember thinking at the time this is starting to feel like a Russian crook snatch scenario being set up here.

Stukov acquired his initial 21% holding in February 2020 and the listing on MOEX June 2020. Just before the coup. My guess is Strukov influenced the greater ties to Russia .
