It was Stukov's man and appointee to the board after acting in concert with Lioustiger of Everest to remove the BOD and founders that had steered POG to a share price of 41p and replace them with Jame's Cameron (lioustigers pick) and Maxim Kharin (struckovs man). Then Strukovs pal and pogs debt collector GPB's Akimov and his man Kharin make false accusations about Pavel and embezzlement and sign the very documents that the Russian fraud police then acted upon and imprisoned Pavel immediately on Christmas Day 2020 and is still there to this day. The charges have now been reduced to that of over charging his own company for his property that the POG BoD decided to purchase. yet when strukov, akimov, kharin et al. made the claim that Pavel's property was vastly over valued for personal gain had the property revalued. Their valuers didn't even inspect the property for the re evaluation, they never bothered physically assessing the property for valuation sake.. Even now as Pavel's case finally came up for judgement and the charges reduced to just the one, the non corrupt Russian Legal system decided to hear two witnesses every week hoping to prolong the imprisonment and keep Pavel out of the way/ So after three or four two witness weekly hearings suddenly the presiding judge gets promotion which means the case has to start all over again but this time with the hearings every four weeks. These people are desperate to keep Pavel pot of the way. The kmpg forensic report the the new POG bod called for was just a matter of creating a smoke sctreen and slinging **** in the form of lies. Is Saying that Russia is a very corrupt country fair comment or is it western propaganda?

A good test is to ask people here if they think the Russian hierarchy will do the right thing by POG's shareholders. So I ask who here feels POG 's investors are in good hands in Russia ?

Noobyinvestor: the POG we have now is totally different to the POG that was founded by Peter Hambro back in 1994. Peter thought then that Russia was willing to be brought into global capitalism and would thrive . However what peter didn't account for was the decades upon decades of parasitic Stalinist/communist corrupt behaviour and the absolute way of life crooks /opportunists that would ensue from that background of terror, corruption and resignation. Russia in its present form is ****ed, they are playing at being western sophisticated societal game changers when all they really are is usurpers and thieves of other peoples intellectual dreams and visions. That's all they know what to do, let others take the risks and stress and the rob them if they are successful . No entrepreneur in their right mind would want anything to do with these people

Hello Rusty you've been missed. Me you and Freddie have been hit hard with this company, so we have some kind of kindred spirit, maybe we could all go and a 'grieving' holiday with any money left. The speed of the way it just collapsed still has me reeling and stunned. Its bad enough the SP collapsing and the good ship POG taking on water but the fact its in the shark infested ocean of Russia doesn't give me a lot of hope. I feel like I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder after the way this has happened

we do not know yet about the new board but imo the report yesterday while not meeting our best hopes does display a professional expert management, something we did not have before.
Mildly dis appointing that Basel 3 has not e3nded gold sp rigging completely but London was given an extra 6 months. it does look as though 1800 is a floor and that is not so bad. It is also true that gold miners have suffered much more than the gold price but that can easily change.
