Pavel was due in court Tuesday last but it was cancelled at the last moment as the new judge all of a sudden found out she had another case to adjudicate om and Pave's restarted hearing are now in late August another month and a half in prison with no change . This is the work of Strukov, Akimov and a crooked judicial system these people want POG and will take it if they can with out no remorse shown to us the people who when buying our shares put our money almost straight into the hands of Russia crooks in a land where illegal activity is nationalised

Yesterday's session in the Basmanny Court did not take place. The judge was working on a verdict in another case.
The next meeting is scheduled for August 3rd. And here we just have no words.
We do not know how to explain this flagrant injustice. What's this? The workload of the courts, the imperfection of the criminal procedure legislation, or is it a deliberate delay in the process for reasons unknown to us?
But the fact remains - for another month and a half, Pavel Maslovsky, who has not committed any violent crimes, will continue to remain in the pre-trial detention center, instead of benefiting society at large.
Another month and a half of inactivity, a month and a half of separation from loved ones, a month and a half of uncertainty and waiting.
But we hope that this expectation will not be in vain - justice will prevail and Pavel Maslovsky will return to freedom, having retained enough strength to continue working."
