Prickly, they are reducing the numbers of soldiers in Mali but also changing their roles. The training and technical support is being reduced, training removed and they are altering to a support and attack role, previously they only defended themselves. When the Mali army is under attack they will fly in and support them with firepower. Furthermore they are going to conduct across border missions. The attackers have previously escaped across borders the task force will continue after them over the border with air support. The African nations are clamping down on the terrorists. This may be in direct response to the Wagner group offering.

However, just by right place right time I see an investment I had down as a penny or penny and a half, going much higher, not sure exactly until the report is released, but this could go, in my opinion anything from 2.5p to 5p.
If I had been holding for a penny I would feel the same as others on here. If Bernie had done his usual round of interviews you may have had your cash in hand and gone.
I see this as a long hold, for once I feel right place right time for me. The exploration to mining risk is massive and that has gone, way more risky than political risk.
Now we sit mining derisked, but stress about anything else in the world. That is AIM investing, risk is never totally removed.
But AIM is where life changing money can be made too.

All share prices slide when there is no news common to drop at least 50%.
It is gambling whether to sell and buy back and chance there is no news or sit tight.

Morning AJ, yes before April this year a mine without some form of dilution was impossible, even a JV with a 50% retention did not pay 50% of the asset value, so effectively was dilution. Now all the power is with the miner, they hold all the cards.
I just wish there were some new deals going through so we can judge the new landscape.
There are a few miners and explorers raising funds and they are having no problems, but are not at our stage, they are still at the risk stage, we are derisked as you know.

AJ, should get that interim RNS in the next seven days or so if history is a good indicator. Then he may follow up with a couple of interviews. Meanwhile we are best looking for any other deals around the world and what the sweeteners are. Then we have an idea of what we may get. An outright buy out would be a surprise. But I am thinking offtake and favourable loan, because I think they are trying to avoid paying the mega bucks needed to buy a share. There was none. I thought with spod 5 we may need another million or two, but Bernie previously said that they had sufficient, I assumed without spod 5 when he made that statement.
A JV means selling a percentage of your asset, for a cheque which should mean no dilution.
An offtake with no share giveaway but a loan agreement will mean no dilution.
I do not know if they will need anymore money to get the first maiden gold over the line, again no more than 2m max.

Another Vulcan lithium deal gone through with a different car manufacturer again for 2026, no mention of deal detail, ie cash or loan sweetener. Lost count of theirs in the last two months.

I would go further than that Daz, I am 100% sure that land will be mined. If it was just spodumene 6 we already have a study which says mine, it just needs updating.
I am 90-95% sure Kodal will mine it, there is small but real chance someone could purchase the lithium site.
The unknown is if spodumene 5 will be added to the existing total, the cost of extraction, overburden, processing will be calculated and when they are finished, the additional tonnage will either be added or not. But as someone else pointed out our neighbours tonnage was increased massively after they submitted a new study and, even though there were no specifics, we thought it had to be spod 5, they couldn't just all of a sudden say, we missed a few million tonnes of spod 6.
