You see you guys worrying about this that and the other and we aren't even mining, but did any of you worry about a rodent? Bet these shareholders never:
AJ, should get that interim RNS, the very latest sent that I have seen was the 16th December, earliest 3rd November. Due anytime. He could just be hellish busy, but personally I think the reason it is late is due to discussions he mentioned in his post licence interview. If they are at early stages, he can neither miss them out or include them. The interim is an official update. If he says we are well down the road with one major lithium supplier, but not finalised, this will explode. If he says we are not talking to suppliers until we know the full extent of what we hold it may drift for a while. If he says they think they have additional spod of over a million tonnes it could explode, what will be in it? I think the quartile report has to be delivered?
https://m.miningweekly.com/article/firefinch-not-raising-cash-2021-12-02 Firefinch, even with that old crap deal do not have to raise cash or dilute further after the JV. I am expecting a tiny one here for the spod 5 drilling, but think here too there will be alternative funding even if we don't do a JV.
Only king, previous days 5m and 6m, today 2.5, 1.8, 4.7, 1.8, 3.5, 2, 1.8, 1.3, 3.4,1.6,5,1.6,1,1,1,4.2,1.6,1.6,1.6 and 1million. Regularly dropping in today.
Not sure what is happening with the fundamentals figures on here, huge amount of sells to buys according to the data yesterday, but we drop less than 2%, then this morning we jump 5%. Cannot make sense of this. I expected a small placing because spodumene 5 was never in any of the plans before, dependent on the drilling, maybe a million or two, but we have not had an RNS. The longer the interim RNS takes, the more info it is going to carry.
Squeezeit, that will be why, if there has been a change in the number of shares in the month the company has to issue a total voting rights RNS. Nothing more. Still due an interim RNS too.
Prickly any problem we may have will be after 2023, if we have one it could be anything, drought, floods, new covid strain, we do a deal with China and they end up a country that we can't deal with, you name it. What happens at the moment doesn't really matter. Those road blocks are common in Africa, if trucks are rumbling through villages day and night, the villagers feel they should have a cut. Anyone who watched jungle gold will have seen those. Ours may not be on the same roads. They have had a few problems, maybe they have not been diplomatic in their behaviour.
RE: Buying anything and everything30 Nov 2021 14:04
AJ, it is unbelievable isn't it! I am just hoping a decent tonnage mine does a deal soon, so we get an indication of what might be on the table for Kodal. Vulcan doing 2026 production deals incredible. It is interesting that even now with the buying pressure, it is the same as the major oil companies, they don't break rank and try a hostile takeover. We are so cheap they could get over 50% of the shares before the price trebled.
Blue panther strange isnt it? That normally happens when an RNS is about to drop or if there are very few trades to justify their service. What other scenarios does it happen? When they are holding too much?
Those spreads are big at times, with the small rise and the big spread anyone selling and buying on the drop would lose 9% of their gain. Worse yesterday.
AJ Vulcan has done 3 deals in 90days, but the detail, for example any payment or loan facility has not been included. The last has just been signed, so more may be released. Their share price is up, even though some of the deal relates to 2026.
