El Steve, induce panic sell, others would say just to ensure market liquidity, otherwise they are replaced. They have to hold shares. When the shares are stagnant, dead money.

Paul, you have the principle, but they do this role and try to maintain liquidity and make a profit to fund their business and all of the overheads. If there is plenty of movement each way they can hold a relatively low number of shares, maintain a low spread, keep liquidity in the market and make their margin.
How do you manage it in a mass sell off? Or where nobody will let go of their shares?
It would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in one of their businesses. High stress I imagine.

I think there role will be difficult, I think investors are a bit harsh on them. Keeping liquidity on AIM cannot be easy.

PS, remember while that graph shows a straight diagonal line upwards, in reality that is obviously not the case, but overall getting a ruler and drawing a line top to bottom it is the general trajectory - just before someone comments that it has dropped between now and production. (Gazza for example)

We get the cash we are then at the bottom of the last incline in that graph, referred to as tier 2.
However we have the additional benefit of a large potential resource boost at the same time as the last incline.
Furthermore outside of that lithium we are likely to see a gold jorc maiden value.

Yes, the 100m is paid into the subsidiary which is not in the UK, so bank holiday Monday does not impact that element.
Hainan will not be paying cash from the UK.
The arrival of the 100m gets the lithium work moving.

TC, it doesn't have to be close of business Friday, the 100m could land on Monday.
The 17m shares purchased by Hainan are close to the 100m, it does not say the same day.
So technically the deal could be on the Monday and us informed on the Tuesday. The RNS then following of when the shares transacted or will transact.
The RNS clearly states ON or before the 30th. We all just are hoping it is before. Because it will make a long weekend longer.

If Suay Chin sell any shares it will be in an RNS.
The fact that Bernard was talking about the remaining 20% offtake indicates that Suay Chin are not passing on their offtake option.
The offtake or offtakes if the 20% deal is already in the pipeline cannot be announced until the Hainan deal is complete, the 100m part. Because we have no means to go into production before that arrives.
I expect an offtake announcement soon after the Hainan RNS for at least the 80%.
If this has a pre production payment we are going to be awash with cash.

The market cap is low, the cash coming in is not a great deal less, there is a Goldfield which was close to a maiden jorc in 2022 but placed on hold for this lithium deal, therefore that maiden value should be very close and we have a 21 million tonne proven lithium resource.
Hainan are providing over 20 million dollars to continue drilling the mining licence, who is ramping? Hainan, Bernard us?

A very cheap calculator and a very basic knowledge of arithmetic and it is clear to all what could be earned here.
Look at leo lithium who are next door, our current lithium jorc and look at the smallest of gold jorcs and their value.
Unless of course you also meant to post on that other site? Then probably do not know what a jorc is.
The market cap here is barely above the cash expected next Monday or before.

I just can't wait for this lithium drilling to get underway.
Never thought that I would be less excited about 100m dollars hitting a bank account than an RNS telling us that the new drilling funded by the cash is underway.

Yes sharespy, as per the RNS, Monday the 30th, RNS Tuesday.

But it would be great if it was before the bank holiday weekend, that said it may save people a lot of money and headaches celebrating if it is on Monday.
