Hello Matt, yes in the September 2022 presentation it is being completed, once the interest started early 2022 he stopped the other work and did their due diligence and continued with the FS which became a BFS when we did the deal with Hainan but officially until the cash is in I suppose it could be debated.

Matt it is a BFS, bankable FS, nothing further required, BFS/DFS is the same thing.
