What are the terms of payment from Canmax for offtake outside of the prepayment agreement?

That may be key, as it could be Prems only income source, the income from Canmax.

Steward1, I think reading your post that you do not understand the position Prem is in.

To get a third party to make pre payments for lithium they would need an offtake agreement. Canmax have the offtake agreement as long as they maintain their share percentage, Prem have to offer them shares at the same price if issuing more shares.

The offtake is under Canmax control.

So a third party will not be making prepayments for lithium.

Not a great position to be in.

Fantastic Dave, if it is in the RNS then question answered.

It cannot be an intelligent debate if it is discussing a scenario which does not exist.

There will be loads to discuss when we move on.

James, it is just easier to read the RNS than keep raising issues which are covered in simple English.

You seem able to highlight tiny detail of English within an RNS but unable to read the actual entire RNS.

The RNS points to a very simple paragraph in a previous RNS with a very simple and very clear explanation. No deep analysis required.

You can be left to absolutely no doubt what we are currently waiting for.

I am sure once we move on and things get a little more complex you will be able to raise concerns which may be legitimate in the future. At the moment you are flogging a dead horse.

Joey, George said he has to offer Canmax shares at the same price, they are not going to give away their offtake so will purchase shares.

That way it is a win win for Canmax. They get their money back and keep the offtake or wait for it all to go to administration then do a deal with the administrator.

Hasiba, if Canmax have the offtake no matter if they call in the liability and interest or not, what would a third party be getting for their 40m dollars, what would that contract look like?

Jamesoor, read the last RNS and it refers to a specific part of a previous RNS which is also specific.

It is easy to read without asking other people, both RNS are above for all to see.

It specifically states what is being moved and where to.

I see you are not so concerned about other issues elsewhere, where there are no answers.

Also you may have noted that if Canmax maintain their percentage shareholding they retain the offtake.

So George will be going to other 'interested parties' asking for around 40m with no offtake to sweeten the deal.

So what will he have to give away?
