Oncology Dosing Tool Kit

This tool kit is a resource intended to support stakeholders in their decision-making regarding dosage optimization, i.e., identifying the dosage(s) that maximize the benefit/risk profile of a drug. Collection and interpretation of relevant data (see table below) can provide support for the dosage(s) chosen for evaluation in a clinical trial and/or help identify gaps in the dosage optimization strategy. The tool kit can be used iteratively to support decision-making throughout clinical development and to ultimately select the dosage(s) to be evaluated in the registration trial. In this tool kit, “registrational trial(s)” refer to the trial(s) designed to evaluate safety and effectiveness in support of a marketing application.

This is a summary from PYC November 2023 presentation

Market value £2.4mln

Cash as of last year end June 2023 (and adding the subsequent new funds) c. £700,000

Contracts /grants won since June = 6

Targeting highest ever income (grants and contracts) of £1mln

1 Good to see ithe in depth presentation on 17th November. (50 minutes) , had an initial listen and a good  slide fron Peter which broke down the 36 project into various sections and that pipeline was £1mln and can be a "top up process" into this pot. The current cash of over £700,000 is good for the foreseeable future and not less than 12-15mths  He said there are 9 of these which are ready to be signed. He re iterated the information from the annual report that they are targeting their best ever revenues (£1.0mln+ ) having already secured about £300k since June 2023 and with Merck back on board in August 2023 whom accounted for 40% of previous revenues (therefore about £300-400k) He expects that Merck will continue be a key client for PYC going forward 

Also stated they would inform the market if these were to be beaten
