I sent this in early January, and unsurprisingly had no reply.

I would supportive of

1) reduction in salary for Suzy and Kevin

2) A put up or shut up re: VAL201 /Merger

3) removal of dead wood BOD members

Happy new year and hope this finds you well. As per out previous correspondence I am a relatively new shareholder in VAL.

As you may or may not be aware there is a huge amount cf consternation and dismay about how events have unfolded since the October presentation and specifically with the EUDA merger which whilst is not in VAL control is now becoming untenable

Some shareholders are concerned that the progress has not justified the rhetoric.

I do believe that a "put up or shut up" to TheoremRx is justified after this protracted situation. Shareholders ultimately pay the wages of senior board members and it is clear (in my eyes) the relationship between company and it's shareholders is at a critical juncture.

I hope you don't mind me sharing this Suzy,as it is important for the company to know how the shareholder base feels.

Suzy has delivered no revenues but takes £150,000salary while Kevin does nothing and was totally arrogant in the recent Q and A

She has used VAL for her vanity lab project

Amd to sign a LOI for val201 and still not deliver after 3yrs is what has upset tjem the most , as well as the broken promises of "significant news pre Xmas

I said at the time I was shocked by your arrogance at the Q and À ,not so much suzy but her accomplice

As alluded to in both recent presentations (Nov and last week)

a further contract by existing client, Numab Therapeutics ("Numab"). The project involves Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic (PKPD) modelling in support of one of Numab's oncology assets entering the clinic and will help inform dose and scheduling decisions.

 

Dr Peter Sargent, CEO, commented: "We are thrilled to have this opportunity to continue working with and supporting Numab on this asset through its preclinical stages as it heads into the clinic. Along with the project we announced with them in August 2023, this new project is testament to the continued support we provide and the great relationships we've built".

I understand you are bitter as seemingly the company has been a huge let down

But like with HE1 at 0.2p having been a disaster for holders I see AEG at these prices being a decent risk reward ,albeit still with big risks

The market needs to create or allow a large volume day to clear the backlog anď/or with any positive news on their claims for a refund
