This was from September annual report

it was determined that the tools use to guide the use of the expensive biological drug GCSF (used to counteract neutropenia) might have a higher commercial value and the Company is currently actively exploring ways to further develop its tool to facilitate this.

During the year, the Company's US partner DoseMeRx announced that it had been divested by its owner Tabula Rasa Healthcare (TRHC) and acquired by a private equity company. Since then, the Company has re-established contact with DoseMeRx and discussions are ongoing around how the Company's tool might be used in the US.

Why don't they show 18.80p for the sell price ? They are showing 18.5p here ,why is that?

It's 18.8p to sell 10 million

One can assume.that it will be fluid until the official change/presentation

January 16, 2024, the Company received a written notice from Nasdaq stating that the Company’s Market Value of Listed Securities has been $35 million or greater for ten consecutive business days from January 2 to January 16, 2024, and therefore the Company HAS regained compliance with the MVLS requirement for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Among his earlier roles, Dr Sargent has also been Head of Business Development for the UK's National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR), leading a team supporting global life science businesses access to funding and research infrastructure in the UK.

In hindsight it was perhaps evident that Peter may well form the spearhead role given the move to bio statistics . The company have confirmed that Jim will still play an important role within the new company structure. More details I assume will be revealed at the 29th January meeting

Dr Sargent will join as a key member of the Company's senior leadership team (but not as a board director) and will report directly to Dr Jim Millen. The hiring of Dr Sargent forms part of a strategy to revert to a more traditional board structure where the roles of Executive Chairman and CEO are separated. 

 

Jim had led the company through the covid situation and bio tech fall out post covid amd moved away from a single client (merck) to over 60 key clients ...many of whom are major clients( Servier in France, Bicycle NASDAQ listed etc)

Also did more than previous 17yrs of mgmt put together

As well as looking at annual performance, the Board consider 3 year rolling figures that smooth variation in individual years.

Total revenues during the last five financial years (year ended June 2019 to year ended June 2023) exceed the total revenues of the seventeen years prior to that.

Considering performance trends across periods, total income for the past 3 financial years (year ended June 2021 to year ended June 2023) has averaged £746k annually, compared with £713k for the 3 years before that

,having watched Peter carefully I believe he will grow the company exponentially

Peter seems more dynamic and as KH says has a very good past record and hopefully this will be reflected going forward
