I agree, alot of these companies have been failed by bad mgmt or poor practice

however

This gives an opportunity to buy at 13p rather than 40p-60p and I believe this should be at least 20p+ based on the cash + asset sale

The 20+ green boxes suggest one person still ranting

Andrew Grant, Managing Director of the Company, has informed the Company that he has inherited 1,001,478 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for nil consideration pursuant to a distribution under the will of a recently deceased family member. Following this distribution, Andrew Grant now holds 12,107,098 ordinary shares representing 27.0665 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Every 400,000 is 1%

Every 200,000 is 0.5%

So when you look at the large trades lasr3 days it's probably those funds sold out

Which means once confirmed the price is free to rise

I'd imagine the large sells are the smaller 3% and less selling perhaps

However ...as we speak.. no TR1s as yet

Someone is also buying this. Eg2 of those delayed trades are buys today
