Ouch - seems like they could only get this away at the knock down price of $11. A long way short of price being talked about only a few days ago. Sounds like the Americans aren't as pro this share as thought. Looks like it could be a long hard slog from here on.

Hmmm - EROS IPO price has been reduced to $12, so around £2.50 before the 1-for-3 consolidation. Disappointing! Let's hope for a good aftermarket.

Anyone still not received tender offer proceeds? Or is there anyone out there who has received proceeds via Barclays Stockbrokers? They claim they can't credit my account as there was a problem with information supplied by Registrars.
