Yes, that's another bugbear of mine. This has happened before and Fevertree shouldn't allow it to.

No pubs, no restaurants for three months in the UK.
Lots of disruption in Europe and USA.

Not really. These will be "C" class shares so you won't be able to sell them for 121p which is the current selling price for the ordinary shares.

The company will convert the C class shares into ordinaries once they have used the proceeds of the fund raise to purchase additional songs. The conversion will take into account the NAV of the new songs so they most probably won't convert at 1 C share to 1 ordinary.

To me what you seem to be saying is that the writers' share of performance royalties is 0.8% and that makes up only 3% of the fund's income.

Maybe you're only talking about streaming income as those figures certainly don't apply to live, radio, tv or film performaces.

Expect a big hit to live performance income this year. At least six months and maybe effectively up to one year without live performances including the important festivals season.
