Good progress also made at the weekend with the Azovstol steelworks with all the civilians now out of the steelworks thanks to the UN and Red Cross and diplomatic efforts ongoing to try and extricate medics and the wounded next. Would give Putin a land bridge to Crimea and something to declare a success if it gets emptied.

No "declaration of Victory", No "War" and no "general mobilisation", "No part general mobilisation" and No "annexations" mentioned either. Most of that list to be fair would have been unsustainable in any case what with the severity of sanctions and western re-arming.

More solemn speach and looks more and more likely imho that the special operation will have an end point in the not too distant future.
