It's clear the CARD share price is being played and I am happy to back my own judgement and also pick up a few at key marker points.

We await the next news's of the Government hitting its targets on the 15th, The Roadmaps set out on the 22nd and a company update towards the end of Feb. That is probably why dates were set as they have been.

I myself could probably understand people selling out at any point through the pandemic but find it hard to understand why if you haven't done so already why,
1) would you sell when the present Lockdown and vaccine programme is going so well and set to hit its target (despite all previous scepticism).
2) Sell given we could be reopen well before the end of April
3) Sell when the price is so low.

Imho if we actually don't need the money due to shops reopening early and or the banks sort out the waivers, and that next reopening is permanent and supported by the vaccine then CARD is looking just a tad oversold. Unlike many other retailers, landlords and leisure stocks it has had nil vaccination optimism added to the share price.

In trawling those same said accounts did you manage to find the £100M - accordion facility that was agreed and bolted on to the RCF at the time it was agreed? It is there.

22nd Feb we will have the general idea on reopening as that is what the purpose of the PM's Roadmap is. CARD will know better what is happening and so will the Banks.

Re Infection rates / new infections this has been noticeably trending down for about 10 days solidly and from a peak of over 68,000 to only what was only 12,364 yesterday. Hospitalisations were also at a new low yesterday. Given those two numbers falling don't be surprised if the next news is the R-rate having fallen further.

*15th February: The date the Government expects the first 4 Cohorts to have all been offered a jab. Should take roughly 88% mortality out of the system. Well on track.

* 22 February: Date the PM plans to set out his Roadmap for "Unlocking" things. This is dependent on several key variables that they are publishing daily. Infection rate, Hospitalisation rates are all seeing good falls. Death rate is fed by the previous two with a time lag and is trending down also

* 28th Feb is the present date banks have extended its waivers through until whilst the company explores further options "with scope for further extensions to the waivers as this process continues".

* 8th March is presently the earliest date that the PM envisages schools reopening. Nicola Sturgeon brought forward by two weeks Scotland's reopening of schools to 22nd Feb (Early years).

*8th March date of the new CEO's arrival.

*End of March the Government expects the Top 9 Cohorts to have been vaccinated and in theory taking 99% mortality out of the present statistics.

*30th April is the date the company envisages that the present RCF runs out should the present lockdown persist. If you check the company accounts it shows that the present RCF facility had a £100M accordion facility tagged on to it when it was agreed. That I suspect is for the banks to decide.

* Just another timeframe to ponder amidst all of this. The company has previously made good use of access to Covid Corporate Financing Facility (CCFF) funding but has stated in recent communications that it no longer qualifies (Probably due to the covenant breaches). That said, it is possible to reapply for access to this funding and it is for the Treasury then considers it. The timings state you if you reapply you should be in receipt of a decision within 28 days.

Slide in any other dates if I have missed them.

Its a binary choice. Will shops reopen before the 28th April or not.

Having watched the stats assidiously I and am sticking with March for reopening of CARD shops.

Apologies for any delay in reply. This I have as a longer term investment so I don't routinely watch the bulletin board and the Board own roughly 25% so that acts as a safeguard for my interests.

In answer to your question I think all will struggle at this time to find any direct link between HeiQ and Graphene-X, even though as you say the coincidence of names infers the this. That imho I personally believe is to protect both the graphene-x concept and its intellectual property pending patent or trademark registering in key territories. That plus the development of the graphene-X concept further and into the many other applications in which it can be utilised to make a real difference.

Slide 13 of this most recent HeIQ presentation definitely mentions "Waterproof breathable textiles" and it also mentions those other readily identifiable markets in the wider anticipated portfiolio.

Secondly this video clip also lets you listen to the way Graphene-X came about from its founder and the credentials that graphene-x was specifically after in developing the clothing. I think firstly that it fits HeiQ to an absolute T. Also whilst viewing the clip, pay attention at the very start from about 18 seconds in and at the business video production session. Is the person apparently giving the instructions on the RHS either Carlo Centonze, HeiQ's CEO or is it a doppleganger.

Although for me this has HeiQ written all over it, don't take my word for it, do your own research Hopefully as things progress further that link will become clearer.
