There are about 8 of those films listed for November and December that I will definitely be seeing and with enhanced family numbers for several and I can't make my mind up as to whether to see Last Night in Soho or the Harry Potter 20th Year Centenary film that hits cinemas this weekend.

Others to watch whilst the market works out that we are now generating money and our monthly cash burn should now be no longer.

Then December should I imagine surpass all the months so far.

Afternoon smalltrader, there are few mid to lesser films missing off your list to add to The Eternals, Ghostbusters AfterLife and House of Gucci for November. You also have cumulative audiences still carrying forward but at diminishing rates.

*King Richard - which stars Will Smith as the father of Venus and Sabrina Williams and charts their rise to fame as tennis stars.
* Shepherd which was having it's trailer shown alongside Halloween Kills. (Horror gendre also and attracts a different crowd?)
* CryMacho - Clint Eastwood film.

Mr Aron at AMC seems to be building up the hype towards the Eternals.

Hopefully some industry cross read as we are the No2 and not far behind them and always remember that we don't need to be back to 2019 numbers to making money. Back to that we are making good profits. BO numbers only relate to ticket sales and you have to add on all the other revenue streams on top. Concessionary spending, advertising revenues etc etc.

That's encouraging for box office revenues and it is also encouraging for anyone in the studios making the decisions on the release of film content.

* Patent has been filed under the PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty - allowing you with one patent to cover multiple countries)
* Pilot commercialisation plant design now completed and which HeiQ intend to build.
* From the recent Q+A. Presently they are moving forward with Joint Development Agreement and are seeking the right partner(s) to scale up. Centoze's words in the Q+A "Will be executed in the next quarter".

This product has colossal market potential and I've topped up and will be waiting to see who they partner with and for it to fulfil its full potential. To be fair to Heiq they do have the right connections and do attract some real high quality partners.

Infection rates though have fallen about 30% in the last 4 or 5 days and deaths have fallen off a cliff. Hospitalisations should follow the same trend in about a week to 10 days, if not before as they are the follow on from the infection rate.

Thats good for all leisure stocks.

Capitalistpig, its not shorters that are controlling this. It is the market makers. You only need to follow the small (uneconomic to do) trades

They are just regurgitating the same retail shares over and over again by frustrating PI's and moving the share price contrary to any good news. Some win, some lose and as its so deliberately unpredictable it's hard for any to be calling it right.

If you holding for the outcome of the court case and from a look back in January perspective then it doesn't really matter one way or the other.

There was a nice 5% there on DARK from the time I posted. Well done if you took it. FTSE 100 tracker funds should be buyers once it hits the Index. Looks like the market is dismissing the PH Broker note as either sour grapes or a rogue note.

Market makers took out the 62p, 61p and 60p stops yesterday and back up she goes.

Nobody likes to see that PW, but maybe there is some summary justice out there in the world. What goes around comes around or the like. I'm tempted but might just let the dust settle as FTSE is at record highs and it might drop a bit further. Some funds seem to have been well in the know of that broker note dropping.

I think the finger here is being pointed at the wrong culprits. I think it more likely it is the market makers rather than shorters that are manipulating things. I think it all hinges on the repeated small trades we see every day that controls the direction of travel and whilst those keep appearing Institutions hang back and starve the Offer side of the book giving the MM's further free reign. Thing is, it changes when it suits like this morning.

Win the court case (which I think we will) and I'm sticking with +40% maybe even + 50% from where we are.

Some of that ground might start to be made back prior to any verdict as I can't see any short positions wishing to take the full risk of a positive outcome or minimal payout and us untied from that now overpriced deal. Con people out their shares first and close and be gone prior to the verdict.

Anybody eyeing that one up after Peel Hunts dastardly broker note yesterday slashing it's estimates and with it entering the FTSE 100 in a couple of days. Lost 20% yesterday and down about another 5% again this morning.

At least even the most bearish broker note on CINE without footfall was roughly 75p if I remember correctly.
