Why haven't LSE posted it??
Will there be a share issue as well as a cash payment for the asset? The resolutions suggest there may be a share issue.

The company could invest some sale proceeds in Lybrion. DS is involved in this project. https://lybrion.com/ That could result in a reverse takeover and cancellation of the AIM listing under rule 14 - https://docs.londonstockexchange.com/sites/default/files/documents/AIM_Rules_for_Companies_January_2018.pdf
I am considering buying but am concerned that a covid vaccine may massively reduce the need for testing in the next six months. The company is not just about testing, but surely a vaccine may impact that section of the business and also the sp??
TheTruth what would you normally disbelieve? Are you saying the price is only going up from here?
rowka , a rto suggests a sale of an asset rather than a takeover. I think a rto may be complicated, and a takeover would be better for many shareholders including me.
rowka how would EUA get involved in a rto?
QF why the 5.26p sp target?
STB, that's good question for Rowka!
I would also like to ask whether the MT asset could be sold, instead of a company takeover? Can the directors insist on just considering offers for the whole company, and would they want to do that.
Cereus why do you still hold? Do you think the directors will deliver this time?
Why does Rawlinson not have any EUA shares?
The 15m ounces is based on the assumption that the flanks contain about seven times the Palladium in MT. That may be correct but it is an assumption and not proved.. I have shares and am not deramping.
RMR, interesting analysis. Is an asset sale or a company sale more likely? Is the flanks license now guaranteed?
Over 1 million new shares admitted to trading today, according to the recent RNS on 24 July.
I feel that an asset sale is as likely as a takeover. Perhaps the special dividend could be about 20p? I prefer a takeover at 50p plus!
Useful link.
gfd good points. The credit facility from DS ends on 31 August. That deadline could also encourage a quicker deal, unless it gets extended..
gfd, I do hope you're correct about the timing but there is no evidence about when the deal will be finalised.
The disclosure table entry says 'no named offeror', which is not the same as 'no offeror'...
