It was a good buying opportunity today... not sure we will see many more of those. Iran is 100% serious in closing the straits as it is their main weapon. Not much USA can do about that, at least over the next few weeks.

Oil price will continue to rise or remain elevated into the summer. Hbr will be over £3 soon enough, and £3.50 is perfectly achievable by summer.

Brent is not falling any further imo. The longer the straits are shut and oil field production starts shutting down, the longer it takes to get everything back up and running

Any reduction in ME tension will take months. Will see oil in $70-$90 range, which is perfect for oil companies. Any rally in worst case scenario over $100 just not sustainable... and could lead to reduction in oil demand leading to a crash in oil prices
