The NHS Chief Executive's review of innovation in the NHS commits the NHS to implement ODM guided fluid management during surgery. The report states: "ODM is a minimally invasive technology used by anaesthetists during surgery to assess the fluid status of the patient and guide the safe administration of fluids and drugs. In March 2011, NICE published guidance on the use of ODM, recommending it for patients undergoing major or high-risk surgery and certain other surgical patients. Despite a comprehensive evidence base, uptake of this technology has been poor across the NHS. Full adoption of this technology across the NHS is forecast by NICE to benefit over 800,000 patients and generate net financial savings of over £400m. Current information suggests that these technologies are used for less than 10% of applicable patients. "We will launch a national drive to get full implementation of ODM, or similar fluid management monitoring technology, into practice across the NHS." CardioQ-ODM is the only fluid management technology recommended by NICE in its guidance of 30 March 2011. *Seems patience and patients will be needed here!! Regards

Good morning and thank you for taking a look at this company. Company Portfolio: http://www.eurovestech.co.uk/index.php?pgid=60 I'm wondering if it's worth leaving long term or selling after dividend. Could be a slow burner with reasonable return. Last divi was around 2p, I think. The company is buying back shares, as well as sharing profits with its share holders. Oh - they also make quite a lot of charitable donations. Not sure if all this is a good sign. Actually prefer companies that reinvest profits in the company. Anyway, thanks again. I won't ask why you changed your name! Kind regards & GL
Full list of RNS's. http://www.investegate.co.uk/Index.aspx?searchtype=3&words=EVT Regards
Dividend 4p - and very good fundamentals. Lack of interest is very curious. Regards
I know we know this, but just to show the company replies to questions. Too many can't be bothered. I also thought there would be more buying . ******* The record date for the right to receive D shares, and hence, the distribution in whichever form you elect to take it, is 5pm on 17th October 2011. The distribution itself will be made on the 28th October, subject to shareholder approval. I hope this helps clarify for you. Kind regards Brad
I believe those holding shares in EVT on October 7 2011 will qualify for D - dividend. Take a look at the previous issue of 2.5p in 2010: March 10 2010 Under the proposed structure, Shareholders will receive one B Share for each Ordinary Share held on the Record Date for the Share Issue (see Expected Timetable of Events set out in Appendix 1 below) Record Date for the Share Issue 5.00 p.m. on 29 Marc *Mention here is - Record Date , March 29 and yet RNS is dated March 10. Consequently, you didn't have to be share holders prior to announcement, to qualify. Regards
Looks like close of trading 7 October could be night. Poor response, indeed. The results look good. No funding worries here. I see they even donate to charities ! A big buy has gone through, maybe more will follow. Regards
Where did you get the cut off date from? Regards
Forgot to say, I'd hold GBO. It will come good. Regards
Thanks for those kind words. I've been involved with dog training, only for obedience competitions , many years ago. You must have an interesting time training mountain rescue dogs. If you have a stop loss on BLNX, think about cancelling it. I said think about, because I don't want to tell you what to do. On the other hand, you could sell and buy back in for less. BLNX has been down graded to a hold by two brokers, and the Naked Trader advises pi's to take profits. If I were you, I could be tempted, but then it comes with the risk it will go back up. It is fetching a premium at the moment due to talk of a t/o.I believe this share will be £2, maybe more, once the market turmoil subsides. It could take a while this time, though, there will be a rally, possibly next week, but it won't hold. I'm hoping BLNX falls (sorry) but only because I want to buy back in. I should have bought back in when it hit 88p a few weeks ago. This share has a habit of rising and falling. Haven't had any luck with an illustrator yet, but have a few in mind. Well, that's me over and out for now. It's been fun talking with you. I wish you luck with your investments. Might catch you in BLNX. I'll drop in from time to time just to say hello. I may even buy back into SUN & MONI, they were my picks to best ride the turbulent markets. Kind regards, Lacey
Good evening, I agree about the dog. Must be a good life. Unfortunately my border collie is 14 years old and can't do long walks any more. As for the markets - I think we knew it was coming. I sold everything yesterday. I now hold cash and am hoping to get back into BLNX. I just couldn't take another hit and the prospect of a long wait for recovery. I must say MONI's proved very resilient, much as I thought, but will it hold up long term- who knows? Given the technology is new and rapidly expanding, it will do better than many other shares, even tech ones, as we've seen with GBO. Mind you, this could become a real bargain! I need to concentrate on my book, get the website up and running and plan the illustrations. Worrying about the stock market is too distracting. I wish you the very best of luck with all your investments. Kind regards
Rose well today. Looking like a sound investment. SP should breach 12p next week. (conservative estimate). Regards & GLA
Good morning. Like you., I was shocked by SUN's results. I actually sold half my holding on open then bought back in for less. Gained a few shares, so not such a disaster. I still believe this is a good investment. it seems the markets agree, so I'll now hold and see what happens. Must admit lack of repeat orders seems a bit of a worry, but SUN's launching new products and I think interest and revenue will grow. Pleased to see Seymour Pierce maintains its "buy" recommendation. Could be an interesting day. Regards.
Flying this morning! Looking forward to results on Wednesday! GLA
