This is really starting to pick up some traction now!
I don’t know. Too many Mark Bradshaws walking around on this world to find out which one. And yes, he must be significantly underwater.
It’s nice a larger shareholder is adding. Gives more confidence and you know it’s someone that has bought for the long term and not someone flipping shares at +20%.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s still adding at current prices.
Who is Mark Bradshaw? Do you have any details on him? Can see he’s been loading up for a while, must be significantly underwater so far…
Mr. Market can be very stupid sometimes (my screen froze).
I sure hope so. :) The AR reads as if things are progressing in a positive way and there is a future for the company and its products.
It always amazes me how much share prices can go do down and at what value the market prices a company.
Just recently looked for opportunities in equity crowdfunding and couldn’t believe my eyes. People investing in startups and ideas with valuations in the tens of millions. With no or little history. Crazy.
And here we’ve got a long existing company with a proven product, a market leader, a potential take over target. With declining revenues. True, but for plausible reasons (most importantly, a new product imo).
And mr. Market….. well, mr. Market cancan
Hoping for some more movement north tomorrow ole Grouchy boy !
Good to see those shares ended up in diamond hands.
Another RNS - Big buy !
More cash than this time last year
Cash at hand tight?
Some very lucky people being able to buy at this price.
Come on chunky buys.
True. Comforting that they reiterate progress is being made. I’ld be a buyer today.
Not much we already didn’t know but positive update, nice to get one. Just need to land some big orders, the US could be massive for us!
“After a tough 2023, I am pleased to be able to report that 2024 has started well and we are much encouraged for the future.” Nigel Keen
Positive outlook. Cautiously stated.
Cheers! Counting on a >50% share price increase to tomorrow.
BOL holders!
Update tomorrow guys, see below.
Thank you for your e-mail and I appreciate your concerns over the share price.
We will be releasing our 2023 Annual Results tomorrow which also provide an update on Q1 2024. From our aspect things are going to plan and we are seeing a very positive response to the new monitor.
Best regards
Andy
(Really nice to see the CEO responding)
Could be a reason Tiffin. I thought there would be more interest at these levels. Not many established business' with revitalised products/more products in the pipeline at this mkt cap. Has there been any companies sniffing round looking to take this over in the past?
Crystallising loses to offset against gains elsewhere - year end in a week or so???
Another 2 chunky sells today...
Bothwell, there seems to be a lot going out but nothing to annouce deal wise and no communication whatsoever via RNS. SP decline every day and now sub £2m mkt cap.
News | Pacific Medical Systems Limited - Deltex's TrueVue™ Oesophageal Doppler Monitoring System - official Asia Launch during the 18th World Congress of Anaesthesiologists 2024
Very happy to be working so closely with Pacific Medical Systems in Asia and looking forward to seeing the business really develop across the region under their management.
Having a great week at Kimes 2024 in Seoul, showcasing the new TrueVue monitor with the Department for Business and Trade. Exhibiting alongside other really innovative UK companies, it's been a hectic week so far, but really interesting, with great feedback.
South Korea is a great place for UK companies to establish their products, within a healthcare system that has the ability to implement new technologies.
A big thanks to the Department for Business and Trade in Seoul for all their help in arranging this. They have done a really great job.
World Congress of Anaesthesia
Great first morning at the WCA in Singapore. Lots of interest in the launch of the new TrueVue monitor and amazing support provided by our Asia partner company Pacific Medical Systems Limited
